From the moment you walk into the home, you will be impressed by the large open-concept design with a connected living room, kitchen, and dining area that is PERFECT for large groups. The kitchen has a large island with beautiful custom cabinets that have recently been repainted with a soft sage color to add light to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with practically every utensil and cooking appliance you could possibly need! The open-concept design makes it so that whether you are eating, cooking, or relaxing in the living room, you are always with your friends and family!
The home has 6 large bedrooms, including the 6th bedroom with a full ensuite bath, which is private and only accessible from the patio. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed and features a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have low platform king and queen beds, sharing 2 full bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms, you'll find both a twin bed and a queen bed. We provide fresh linens for every room, as well as towels for every guest.
Outside:
The backyard is the definition of luxury living and is exactly why people keep coming back to this home! The large backyard patio has LED lights, and ceiling fans to make sure you can entertain your friends day and night. There is a large 10-foot-long island with barstools, a mini-fridge, and a 40-inch stainless steel natural gas grill. You also have a 6-person outdoor dining table, a separate patio seating area, a natural gas custom stone outdoor fireplace, a beautiful modern 8ft pool table, and the LARGE patio covers all this! This patio area is the ultimate entertainers paradise! If you know Palm Springs living, then you know it's all about the pool! The pool and spa are custom-built with pebble tec, and color LED lights and has a Pentair automation system that gives you full control over the pool and spa features! In short, everything about this home, inside and out was made to entertain large groups.
This home accommodates up to 17 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Additional spaces include an open kitchen concept with a 6-person dining table and living room area, as well as a laundry room.

Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on. Max Pool temp is 90 degrees.

• Pool/spa care **Pool and hot tub maintenance is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Due to frequent high winds in the area, it’s normal for sand and debris to accumulate between cleanings. Please use the
skimmer net when needed during your stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to dispatch the vendor outside of the regular service schedule for routine debris.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every Thursday (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Festival Bookings: Major festivals include the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the StageCoach Festival. Any bookings for these festivals require a 4-night minimum and must include the nights of Thursday-Sunday.
• Trash removal is typically done every Monday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
