Casa Oaxaca is a peaceful retreat designed for close gatherings with friends and family. The newly remodeled open-concept home is inspired by Mexican design from Oaxaca, pairing rustic materials and warm earth tones with simple modern forms. The newly built and beautifully landscaped garden provides guests with a private resort experience with all the features and amenities of a luxury boutique hotel. This serene setting is the perfect place to relax and soak in the desert sun.

The garden features a brand new, fully automated, modern pool with an integrated tanning beach and elevated hot tub. The pool and hot tub are finished with pebble tec and both are heated with easy control from your smartphone. The tanning beach is 1.5’ deep and features two partially submerged lounge chairs and an umbrella insert for shade. The hot tub can comfortably seat 6-8 people and has a wide paved platform for sitting and dangling your feet in the water. A few steps away sits a gas fire pit with plush lounge seating for 8 so you can enjoy the cool desert nights in the warm glow of the fire and bistro lights.

The garden also has a brand new outdoor kitchen with two countertop bars, one with seating for 4 and the second with a built-in 6-burner gas grill and a 3-day ice chest. The entire area is shaded by a pergola with a ceiling fan, dimmable recessed lighting, and plentiful power outlets. The grounds are extensively landscaped with tall bamboo privacy fencing, ficus hedges, cacti, agave, bottlebrush, palm, and olive trees. Our aim is to provide a natural and restorative setting for your intimate gatherings.

The interior of the home is newly renovated with vibrant warm walls, dimmable lighting throughout, high quality furnishing, tasteful art and decor, and thoughtful design choices. Above all, we prioritize comfort and quality for our guests, from mattresses and pillows (SweetNight) to sofas, lounge chairs, and lighting. Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort with hotel-quality bedding and considerate touches including, smart TVs, luggage racks, bedside tables, lighting, and plug-ins. The home was built in 2018 and features upgraded fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and modern flooring.

This home accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living space, laundry room, and 3-car garage.

Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.

- Pool/spa care - This typically happens every Monday and Thursday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.
- Lawn care - This typically happens every Thursday (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
- Festival Bookings: Major festivals include the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the StageCoach Festival. Any bookings for these festivals require a 4-night minimum and must include the nights of Thursday-Sunday.
- Trash removal is typically done every Monday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
