The Space:
Zuni Lofts LoHi
The Zuni Lofts is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer’s Market each Sunday to the city’s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

The Loft
Welcome to the 50 Shapes of Modern Sky Loft located on the fifth-floor penthouse level of the Zuni Lofts and known to have the sexiest sophisticated interior style in the building. With a seductive contemporary mid-century vibe and unique pieces of art from local Denver artists, the energy of this space can best be described as Museum of Modern Art meets functional form.

With massive floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-concept living space on the penthouse level of the hotel, you will feel as if you are one with the sky, surrounded by fluffy white marshmallow clouds. So peaceful. The loft shines just as bright at night, by way of the infinite sky full of stars and the magic of moonbeams blessing you and your stay with its divinity.

As you step into the unit, you will be greeted by the spacious, Scandi-modern, open-concept kitchen, equipped with everything that you may need during your stay.

Kitchen amenities include:
* Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, Oster blender, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers and flatware by CB2.
* Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods
* Locally owned, organic, and fair-trade coffee from Boulder-based, female-owned, Wild Barn

The dining area, set for four, also pairs as a remote workspace for the digital nomads of the group and is open-concept into the kitchen and living room to allow for the free flow of energy and connection. Connection and sensuality are elevated themes throughout the loft as you will find the high-speed internet will allow you to effortlessly connect to the outside world.

To cultivate a sensorial connection with your inner world, you will find a record player to appeal to the audible senses, sensorial luxe bath products by Le Labo to seduce your sense of smell, high-end texture and linens throughout to tickle to your sense of touch, stunning artwork by local makers for visional arousal and a kitchen with all of the modern-day necessities to salivate your taste buds.

Into the living area, a true masterpiece of functional interior design and resembles a scene from Architectural Digest. The natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows illuminates the mid-mod eclectic interiors, including the wild Sam Prudden painting above the sofa, and invites you to settle into the deep, comfortable couch for some well-deserved, and oh so needed rest and relaxation. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? Well, cozy on up because the loft’s 65-inch smart TV comes with a fully-loaded cable package, including HBO.

Off of the living area, you will find the loft’s full-size bathroom suite with an added level of attention to detail, with luxe bath products by the sensorial bathing company, Le Labo, and a modern glass-enclosed shower + bronze textured tile, along with the vintage mod interior theme that mimics the overall vibe of the loft.

Into the master bedroom, shall we? Upon entering, you may find the sudden urge to slip into something more comfortable because the vibe of this room is cozy-time, thanks to the warm hues of the desert-inspired, textured wallpaper by WallTawk. This room also includes the loft’s second workspace, with a sky-view desk and office chair.

Layout - Primary bedroom - 1 King and 1 Twin rollaway bed

Got a lot of baggage? Don’t we all. The large closet in the bedroom, along with the closet in the entryway was designed to store all of the gear necessary for a dope Colorado vacation: skis, snowboard’s etc.
