This was the perfect location in Olde Town Arvada!
This was the perfect location in Olde Town Arvada! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and great yoga studio. Very quiet (even with the train being so close) and we felt very safe here. Everything was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. The only hiccup was figuring out the parking garage instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was better than expected!
Everything was better than expected! We would most definitely stay here again. Hoping the rate stays within a reasonable daily rate. The only small hiccup was that there were multiple things that you had to do to get inside. For instance, retrieving a key fob from the lockbox to get inside the building, but before that even happened, you had to get the key code for the gate to get inside to get the lockbox and then from there another key code to get into the house. If using the enclosed garage you needed to drive to the garage door, get out of the car, walk to the push button to open the door then back in your car to drive out. But other than that everything was great. One last thing, I would also strongly encourage them to upgrade the toilet paper and Kleenex. We went out and purchased higher quality of both. As previously mentioned we would jump on this place again! Very small things to improve on though. Thanks again for a great stay

The place was exactly as described.
The place was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials you would need. The unit was clean and orderly. The location was great. The mountains weren’t too far away. we were able to pack lunches for a day of outside activities then return to the condo to either cook a meal or walk a few blocks with multiple restaurant choices . Garage parking was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in heart of Olde Town Arvada. Very nice to have an indoor parking spot although a bit tricky to open with just one person (no remote garage opener).

The location was excellent, the condo was great and we couldn't have had a better time!

We appreciated the cleanliness and conveniece of the unit.
Loved the place! The decor and furnishings were great. The location was so close to great restaurants and shops. We appreciated the cleanliness and conveniece of the unit. We will definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice and in a perfect location.
The condo was very nice and in a perfect location. Arvada was a beautiful area. We ate breakfast almost everyday at a restaurant within walking distance. We did not have any problem getting into the condo as we had very easy instructions and a video. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. From dishes, mugs, cookware, very nice linens, and all paper products. The patio was awesome and one night we could sit out and hear a free concert at the park close by. We had a very nice stay.
