The Room:
The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. Notorious Outlaw is inspired by everyone’s favorite outlaw — Jesse James. The one bedroom, one bathroom space is one of our larger available rooms. The room is the third of ten and is located in the interior of the building. Inside the room, you’ll find a queen bed, lounge area with TV, and a breakfast area near the fireplace. The lounge area is one of our personal favorites — it will truly be a delight for anyone who snags the room. Whether you’re on the go or planning to stay in, you will find everything you need in the Notorious Outlaw during your stay.

The Space:
Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and lounge areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor lounge areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger lounge area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside lounge areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.

Guests will have access to the entire home and lounge areas throughout the property.

• The coffee & water station/area, deck/seating area, & ice machine area are all shared with other guests in the building.
• The property can be booked to use as a venue for professional photoshoots. Please inquire with management for pricing and availability.
• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.
• There is a fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
