The Space:
My cozy 2-bedroom/ 1.5 bath condo provides a terrific home base year-round to create your own Vail adventure!

As you enter into the main level of our condo you’ll find the well-stocked kitchen and adjoining dining area. A few steps farther, you’ll enter the main living area with flat-screen smart TV (plus cable), half bath. Or you can head outside to the lovely deck that overlooks the Red Sandstone Creek! With additional creekside seating, this is sure to be a cherished spot for escaping into your favorite novel, or afternoon naps after long days of exploring the Rocky Mountains.

Going up the stairs, you first come to the master bedroom with a cozy king bed and cable TV. Next is the second bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds, and the full bathroom with a dual vanity countertop for that extra space needed. There is also a Pack ‘n Play crib available for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo, 1 parking pass, and coin-operated community washer and dryer (in the basement of building B).

Guest Interaction:
If any issues should arise during your stay, a representative from our management company will be available 24/7 to assist you.

The neighborhood:
Our condo is a quick 4-minute drive to the Town of Vail and Vail Ski Resort! From concerts and gatherings to skiing/ snowboarding and mountain biking, there will always be something to do in Vail no matter the season!

Don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of parking? The free Vail area shuttle is located only 400’ away at the Sandstone bus route stop. This will take you to dozens of local stores including groceries, boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and more. The shuttle will also take you by several famous Vail landmarks and various activities, so be sure to have your itinerary ready!

A quarter-mile away from the condo is the North Trail Trailhead, for miles and miles of hiking and snowshoeing trails. With tremendous views of Vail and the surrounding peaks, get ready to take some outstanding photos during your journey.

Parking:
1 parking space is available. You must use pass provided in the unit or you will be towed ($100 fine for lost passes). We are not responsible for parking violations.

House Rules:
*NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*

- No smoking - **$1000 fine**

- No pets allowed - **$1000 fine**

- No events, parties, or large gatherings - **$1000 fine**

- Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am

- Please remove shoes upon entry

- If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.

- Must be at least 25 to book

- Check out time is 10 AM. We do not accommodate late check-out times, fines will be incurred for violation.

No pets, no parties, and no smoking are allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.

*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
