Upon walking into the Hygge Hideaway, you may start to wonder if you’re actually in Breckenridge or if you’ve been transported to a contemporary 20-century European luxury condo, due to its cool modern simplicity and warm, inviting nature. The accents of Copenhagen will start to come to life by way of the art on the walls and designs of Finnish-American architects. It will immediately become quite evident that you are not in your average rustic, Colorado ski condo but that you’ve hit the accommodation jack-pot by booking this gem.

The unique Hygge Hideaway will elevate your vacation experience by providing a wow moment at every turn: from its contemporary cozy/ mountain mid-modern interiors to it’s very stylish and comfortable furniture, to the high-quality kitchen appliances and utensils (including a traditional Swiss fondue set from the ’60s). The walkout balcony off of the living room provides a beautiful outdoor space that allows you to relax and integrate with nature (which is yet another tenant of hygge living). This condo is sure to satisfy the delights of even the most sophisticated traveler.

Situated in the middle of all that Breckenridge has to offer, but yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful, forested area- you will have the best of both worlds with this location. Right off of Peaks 7 and 8, within walking distance, and on the Summit Stage bus route, to both the ski resort and Main Street, you will find getting around to be simple.

Located in a small, boutique condo complex, that is small enough to not have to worry about the hassle of busy elevators or crowding in shared/lobby spaces. Only a half story walk-up and in an end-unit, you will not have anyone else on either side of your unit- providing for a peaceful and serene stay.

The neighborhood:
The last stop on the Breckenridge Free Ride Bus system is right in front of the Gold Camp complex and will start arriving at the Peak 7 and 8 base areas in just 2-minutes! We also enjoy taking the bus to Breckenridge’s famous Main Street downtown for a delightful evening stroll exploring the multiple places to shop, dine, or grab drinks under the sparkling lights. These 2 quick rides truly make this the perfect spot to make your trip full of adventure for all!

If you want a break from Alpine skiing and riding, the Breckenridge Nordic Center is only .2 miles down the street, with 1,400 acres and 30km of groomed Nordic trails. There are also defined snow-shoeing trails within the center for a treasured mountain experience.


Ski, Snowboard, and Bicycle Rentals:
If you need ski, snowboard, or bicycle rentals, we recommend Christy Sports. You will find a coupon inside the property and this will be one of the most convenient locations for you to reserve equipment as it is only .1 mile away from the unit.

Please note that lift tickets cost more when purchased on-site at the lift ticket window, therefore we recommend purchasing in advance.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
