From the moment you walk into the home, you will be impressed by the large open-concept design with a connected living room, kitchen, and home office that is PERFECT for large groups. The kitchen has a large island with beautiful custom cabinets that have recently been repainted with a soft sage color to add light to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with practically every utensil and cooking appliance you could possibly need! The open-concept design makes it so that whether you are eating, cooking, or relaxing in the living room, you are always with your friends and family!

The home has 4 large bedrooms with a newly added bonus room that has been converted into a 5th bedroom. The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed and features a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms have low platform queen beds, sharing 2 full bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms, you'll find 2 queen beds. We provide fresh linens for every room; as well as towels for every guest.

Outside:
The backyard is the definition of luxury living and is exactly why people keep coming back to this home! The large backyard patio has LED lights, and ceiling fans to make sure you can entertain your friends day and night. There is a large 10-foot-long island with barstools, a mini-fridge, and a 40-inch stainless steel natural gas grill. You also have a 6-person outdoor dining table, a separate patio seating area, a natural gas custom stone outdoor fireplace, and a beautiful modern 8ft pool table, and the LARGE patio covers all this! This patio area is the ultimate entertainers paradise! But if you know Palm Springs living then you know it's all about the pool! The pool and spa are custom-built with pebble tec, and color LED lights and has a Pentair automation system that gives you full control over the pool and spa features! In short, everything about this home, inside and out was made to entertain large groups!


This home accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include an open kitchen concept with a 6-person dining table and living room area, as well as a laundry room and 3-car garage.

Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.

- Pool/spa care - This typically happens every Monday and Thursday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.
- Lawn care - This typically happens every Thursday (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
- Festival Bookings: Major festivals include the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the StageCoach Festival. Any bookings for these festivals require a 4-night minimum and must include the nights of Thursday-Sunday.
- Trash removal is typically done every Monday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
