The Room:
The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Charming Cowboy is the second of nine rooms available in this picturesque space. The one bedroom, one bathroom room is accessible from the front exterior of the house. Inside of the room, guests will find a queen bed, breakfast area near the fireplace and TV, and full bathtub in the bathroom. Guests will find a charming seating area - for those who like to sit back and enjoy the moment next to the coffee bar.

The Space:
Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and lounge areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor lounge areas. The downstairs lounge area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger lounge area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside lounge areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.

Guests will have access to the private room and lounge areas throughout the property.

• The property can be booked to use as a venue for professional photoshoots. Please inquire with management for pricing and availability.
• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.
• There is a fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10 am on your arrival day.
