The process was easy and the house is cute and well-located. The space is definitely dated so the carpeted stairs, creaky floors, and slight mustiness were part of its character. The directions were good but arrive when it’s light because the neighborhood is pitch black after dark. It served my purposes well traveling solo. It might have been a bit small for more than two people.

The host was very responsive and helpful, and the location is great! However, the photos make the apartment appear more updated and cleaner than it actually is. The rugs did not seem to have been vacuumed, and we noticed what looked like a blood stain and some hairs on the comforter. Fortunately, there were extra blankets and sheets available in the unit, but the condition was still off-putting. The host did offer to have the unit re-cleaned, which we appreciated. Additionally, there isn’t much space to unpack, the closet is filled with blankets and a cot, so you’ll likely be living out of your suitcase.

This house truly felt like a home away from home. They had a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel cookware. The primary bathroom was serene and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ran into a slight hiccup with the baby crib and they immediately jumped in to have a new one shipped asap. I would book again without question.

The unit had everything we needed. It’s the perfect location for restaurants and shopping but convenient to the slopes. Loved staying here.

Let me start by saying that this stay was amazing! My boyfriend and I continually talked about how we’ll be rebooking this exact bnb when we come back to Denver. The entire space was spotless, no odd smells or anything out of place. The view was amazing! You can literally see how beautiful the city is day and night. We were able to walk to a few spots surrounding the loft as well. The host was very kind, informative and overall proactive with sending over details in a timely manner. Straight to the point and didn’t have to reach out for any additional information. Check out was a breeze! 10/10 experience for the say! Highly recommend.

It was effortless, instructions are clear, and the host company is easy to communicate with.
The space was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The bed and seating were all nice and not too firm. It's not luxurious but everything is great quality. Nothing felt cheap or fragile. If you're visiting for work or just vacationing it's a great spot to launch from for activities with less noise than downtown.
This company/group did a great job finding the balance between a hotel's service and comfort while providing the real home benefits you look for with renting an airbnb.
Located just outside of downtown made excursions easy. You do need to plan a little if you do not have a vehicle as getting a larger purchase in like groceries can be a challenge if your walking or using a scooter without a cart. I did rent a vehicle and parking could be a challenge to find parking but not too bad. Would stay again without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant stay overall and truly enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and the welcoming atmosphere of the property. The space was well maintained, and everything was organized to make our stay convenient and enjoyable.

We had an extended stay here for over 2 weeks. My daughter had knee surgery and we needed a place to be together without stairs. We did a LOT of cooking here and I was impressed by the Savory Spice photos when I booked this place. Kitchen had everything I needed including not one but 2 iron skillets. Wow! There were also the usual nonstick skillets as well. I so appreciated the silicon heat resistant spatulas, tongs, brush, flippers, etc. Definitely the good stuff! Appliances were shiny and new. We set up a folding table with a chair in the bunk flex room which only had a small stool and half moon laptop table so we could work from home. Note to reader, if you come to Olde Town Arvada you don’t want to work but unfortunately, we needed to. Beds were comfortable. Entire place was very clean. We did enjoy streaming on smart TVs at night. We felt right at home here. The garage entry was not a problem for us because I am healthy and able to take those extra steps.

I strongly recommend Zuni lofts. I stayed for a little under two weeks. The unit was large, clean, decorated nicely. The appliances are new. I am pretty picky. I cannot find anything to complain about. Everything was really good. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. We had a nice size group staying there comfortably. Frustrating that an earlier check in other than 4:00 not available. First time ever I needed an early check in and couldn’t pay for a couple hours. It’s a ski area, so coming in, dropping off bags, getting ski rentals done, would have been nice. Instead we had to do everything the morning of skiing, and waiting in a long line.

We had a great stay here. The house is very roomy for a large group and well equipped. A short drive to down town and lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Our stay here was effortless. The host was friendly, responded quickly and answered any questions before I even had them.
The condo looked exactly as pictured and the view is stunning.
We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent—conveniently close to Ball Arena and other popular spots. The home was beautifully designed, clean, easily accessible, and quiet. It had everything I needed and more. I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I’m in the Denver area.

Proximity to town was great. Ski out on 4 O’clock run was great. Convenient to bus stop to get to ski area

Negative:
Fireplace didn’t work all week even after requesting it to be serviced. 2 days of 4+ hours of scheduled no water. 8-10 hours of no electricity due to partial city power outage

Fox-a-Frame was the perfect home base for our ski trip. Just 10 minutes from Breckenridge, it gave us easy access to the slopes while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. The A-frame design made it cozy without feeling cramped, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for a winter stay. After long days skiing, coming back to such a warm, inviting space was a highlight in itself. Thank you for creating such a special mountain retreat. We’d absolutely stay again.
