We had a wonderful stay during the peak of the fall leaf season. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The river out back was an added bonus. Every space was comfortable and clean. There was not an amenity missing.
Three colleagues and I were in Denver for a conference, and we stayed at this Airbnb. Everything about it was terrific. The building is very secure and has a front desk attendant on duty at all times. The attendants were friendly, personable, and helpful. The location is very convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and even Union Station. The Airbnb has everything you need, from laundry soap to great shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The views were incredible. We honestly hated to leave. It's the kind of place you wish you lived in. We will be returning for the same conference next year and would love to stay in this very unit again.

Great location and beautiful unit! Private. Safe area. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and bars. We had a fantastic time. Airbnb information is accurate. We drove to Colorado Springs, Boulder and surrounding areas. Easy drives. Highly recommend!!

Just stayed at this Airbnb in the scenic mountains and it was wonderful! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house was beautiful . Perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Would definitely stay again! Saw elk right from our back deck

The location of this home was great—close to a beautiful park and in a very nice neighborhood. Although it sits on a busy street, that didn’t bother me.
That said, the house itself felt like a recently “flipped” property, and there are some important things future guests should know. The basement does not have a door, and the back door opens directly onto stairs, which could be a concern for families with young children. The downstairs bedroom door also locked from the inside, which required maintenance to fix.
During my stay, the TV actually fell off the wall—it had been hung with picture wire. The hosts tried to address it before I left, but they needed more tools. The king bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get good rest. While the service team was somewhat responsive, overall the experience was not what I had hoped for. I ultimately decided to leave early and finish my trip in a hotel.

EXCELLENT place to stay! Extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. The kitchen was fabulous... had everything we needed. LOVED the balcony. Got to watch the sunrise every morning! Our hosts were excellent, friendly and quick to respond. The neighborhood was great. Am definitely staying here every time I come to Denver! I felt right at home! Can't wait to stay here again!!!💓
amazing stay! the chris brown concert was happening at coors field and we were able to hear a little bit of it outside! definitely a cute apartment with beautiful views of downtown. only downside was parking situation! have to find parking on the main street but was actually easier than expected

Amazing location and neighborhood, great views, beautiful space. So many walkable and great food and drink options nearby. The host allowed us to check in early and is very responsive. Would absolutely recommend to others!!
Potentially, the nicest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in - looked just like the photos and the neighborhood is super cute and close to a downtown area with restaurants & shops. Very close to downtown Denver (10 min. Uber). Parking in a garage available. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Backyard area was tranquil and quiet. The only drawback was I really needed an earlier check-in, which I know can’t always be done, and wasn’t an issue with the property. Great stay.
The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We were in Denver for several days so it was really nice to have washer/dryer; it's always great to have two bathrooms. The bed was comfortable, we slept well each night. Great light from all the windows, we actually had a fantastic view of fireworks from the living room one night.
For sure, the best element is the location. There are several excellent restaurants for dinner/breakfast/lunch just blocks away. We walked most everywhere while we were in Denver.
Highly recommend and happily stay here again!

The parking lot is small and not a lot of spots. It’s near freeway so it’s noisy in the early morning.
Enjoyed my stay in this unit. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Street parking was easy to find. Host was very responsive. I would definitely book again.
Great location, easy access to all city amenities and sites of interest. We loved the access to Sloan Lake and the Edgewater Public Market. Have recommended to family members heading to Denver next month.
