Wonderful place and great location for skiing and Woodward

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, very clean, spacious place. That’s where comfortable and it’s close to so many things we were interested in seeing and places we were planning to eat. We loved it!

Spacious with all amenities.

Upon arrival, discovered hot water heater was turned off so we had to turn it on and wait quite awhile for the water to heat up so we could shower. Stayed on 4th floor and temp NEVER got below 73 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 68… too warm to sleep comfortably. First night, at 2:00 am, the TV came on by itself in both bedroom and den several times. Had to finally turn off the breaker to the living room, which we did every night of our stay so it would not happen again! TVs were mounted back to back on the same wall and when we would get one to turn off then the other would come on. No way to unplug them due to the way they were mounted. Taking batteries out of both remotes did not help at all. Owner did not seem too concerned that this was happening when responding the next day.

Excellent stay and beautiful accommodations!

Our stay with Alex was lovely, olace was clean and a good location. The only thing I would recommend coming with smaller car to be able to fit in garage - my husband parked off Street and his truck was damaged.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our holiday celebration with family! The space was immaculately clean. The location couldn’t have been better—convenient and close to everything we needed. The added bonus of a garage made things even more comfortable.

The instructions for getting there and accessing the property were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival seamless. Communication with the host was top-notch; they were responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed.

Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful downtown steamboat condo. This was a great option due to my grandmother having mobility issues and needing an elevator etc. We did have issues upon arrival after we found out that legally there is absolutely zero overnight parking in steamboat. I even reached out to the police department to confirm.

The condo does have one wonderful underground parking spot which is a huge amenity. We just wish that they had communicated that legally you cannot park another vehicle overnight. It left us with hours of frustration on Christmas night trying to figure out what to do with our second vehicle.

We did find that lots of people just do it and seem to not get ticketed parking in the city parking lots but it does say on the check in paperwork there is additional free parking in town (it did not say anything about no legal overnight). We reached out and the management company really didn't offer solutions. Being a company they should be aware of this

John and Kimberly's single home vacation rental was perfect for your needs. Great restaurants within walking distance and a short distance to the major Denver attractions in Downtown. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Right in downtown. We walked to almost everywhere in the city -even in the winter . It’s a very secure condo building with a lobby, front desk , and a parking space in the garage . Great views of the city . Modern apartment with nice kitchen .

This is a nice apartment to stay in. I recommend if you’re in the area. Very walkable restaurants around and close to a lot of different shops and restaurants. It was confusing locating this place and I wish the communication was a bit better. Also just be aware that there’s no designated parking. Everything is street parking so I would advise to not stay out to late or take an uber

This apartment was perfect for our needs in Denver. We were able to walk most places and the unit was comfortable and clean.

We love staying here. Alex is a great host, and the location is perfect! Walkable to so many amenities. Parking is tricky but that is the only downside!
