Effortless Stay Reviews

We appreciated several things about this stay, especially the modern up-to-date amenities and spacious living area. The security of the building and garage were great too! The sound machine and tv’s were helpful to drain out the highway/city noises.

Great

Great location! Beautiful property! Walkable to great shops and restaurants!

Very nice place! Conveniently located near coffee shops and restaurants!

Well equipped apartment, high end appliances, great neighborhood. All around good experience.

Great, modern place, super comfortable beds. Kitchen is really only stocked for four people. Had to wash dishes and glasses throughout the stay. Parking was somewhat of an issue due to the Denver football game, but we were warned.

The stay in apartment 310 met and exceeded my expectations. The kitchen amenities need to be addressed as there were missing glasses, mugs, utensils. This should be inventoried and replaced after each guests departure. I know things break and there are accidents, but the amenities should not change due to this. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful condo and great location! Easy and prompt communication with host. Would not hesitate to stay again!

This was my first time using VRBO and I was very nervous we would be in a dump. When I got to this property and walked in all that worry was gone. This property is GORGEOUS. My family and I loved every minute of it and didn't want to leave.
Communication is key and I was able to speak with the property owner effortlessly 😘. I would stay here again and again.. If you're looking and run across this listing STOP,you have found a winner.

Very nice property and good location. Everything was as advertised and pictures were accurate. Lots of room, especially the kitchen and living area. Was equipped with everything that we needed.

Great location and plenty of comfy beds for everyone! Our group had such a good time and we would stay there again

Amazing property and location, highly recommend!!

Very convenient to both our children. Easy to get o and out of. Very comfortable.

The property and location was awesome walking distance or a short uber ride to lots of great shopping, restaurants, bars and all sorts of other activities. The neighborhood was busy with lot's of people walking dogs and riding bikes with nice coffee spots close by as well. The only real draw back for us was the air conditioning did not work on our last day and it was uncomfortably hot in the house. We tried many things to get it to kick in but were unsuccessful. I think a guide to trouble shoot and use it would've been helpful. If that situation was remedied would very much book again. FYI lot's of flights of stairs for those that may have trouble with that.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Denver, this is a great house with a great location. It sleeps six comfortably; it has three full bathrooms, plenty of living space, a huge deck and a movie theater in the basement. It's 45 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from Roxborough State Park, 15 minutes from Golden, Colo. and 10 minutes from Red Rocks Ampitheatre. What more could you want?

Property was great, clean and in a nice location. Parking was a challenge.

Overall excellent 👍👍👍👍👍

My friend and I went to Denver for the weekend and this was the perfect location! Many things to do and see within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed for a quick little girls trip.
The security of the door codes was an added bonus. It definitely helped us feel safe. We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations, lovely beds and bath products.

We were very pleased at the modern decor and private bedroom and large bright living space. It was very clean with a wonderful kitchen if you want to stay in and cook.
