Great condo in a great location. Walkable, very clean and no cleaning required at checkout was a plus! Parking could be a bit of a challenge but we don’t mind walking 2-3 blocks

Curtis Park Club was a fantastic place to stay. The manor was warm and inviting. The room was extrmely comfortable. The area was peaceful and walkable. And there were fantastic restaurants within a couple of blocks. 10/10. Would recommend.

LostFork was just a treat with my girlfriends for a mid-week stay. We went for the dark sky to watch the meteor shower but enjoyed our cabin/hot tub/sauna hangs even more. Felt like a great place to rent fully out for an event with friends and family!

It was a cute space in a nice location. I enjoyed being so close to the river. I was a little bummed that a place that advertises it self as an ideal stargazing spot, had bright lights on all night long.

Everything was great about our Airbnb. It was clean and comfortable. The host gave us all the needed information and was kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views and proximity to Dillon amphitheater and marina. Nice sized living room, bedrooms and outdoor deck. Host was very helpful and parking was easy.

Overall it was a good stay.

Decently clean. We had a couple of discrepancies (old Red Bull can and old sandals left by someone upon arrival) but beds, bathrooms and showers seemed clean. Good communication and the location was good. Garage is very small but will fit a small SUV

Only minor issue was check-in - it was a little late and that has not typically been my experience with VRBO (in fact, I've been pleasantly surprised as of late that if the unit is clean & available, almost all of my recent check-ins have invited early entry). Having to wait past check-in time is aggravating especially after a long travel day.The property however is perfect location, perfect for a couple and a nice set up. We enjoyed the ease to walk to downtown Golden and enjoy anything it offered in just a few minutes.

Host was great, provided pictures for access to the garage. Pics on the site are exactly what you get. Place was very clean and the area is really nice.

Plenty of towels for the family, well stocked. This place easily and comfortably accommodates 6 people. Provides ample paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, bath soap and shampoo.
Walmart is just 5 mins away for last minute needs.

Appliances are all new and super clean. Lots of dishes, glassware, utensils for the family.

Surrounding area is very safe. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Gelato shop literally at the entrance. Arvada is really nice and train station is literally just a 2 minute walk but you don't hear the noise of the train.

Highly recommended.

Great location, nice floor plan, and very clean which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Nice deck with a grill and ample seating. Owner responsive when a minor issue came up, and it was resolved promptly.

We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip in a beautiful location by the lake!

This place was perfect for what we needed- in town for a wedding and really just needed a place to sleep. Occasionally could hear the noise from the bar upstairs but luckily not always. Really cool location- close to shops, restaurants, bars, and walkable. Be prepared to walk wherever you park- there is no real parking structure or close overnight parking- we parked a 7 min walk away from the place.
