They made our stay there easy and the house was beautiful and well appointed . We had our 28th wedding celebration here and all the kids and grandkids loved it!

Great location and apartment!

What a beautiful Gem we discovered. Lost Fork Base Camp is an incredible getaway just an hour outside of Denver. from the moment we arrived we were greeted with a peaceful, serene atmosphere that simply felt like we were worlds away from the city. One of the best things that I want to highlight were the small sandy beaches, and the perfect for kids to play and explore. I know that getting away with a small family and feeling like you are connecting to nature was so refreshing and renewing of the spirit. The community areas are thoughtfully designed, offering cozy spots to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Everyone that we encountered at Lost Fork Base Camp was very friendly and were easy to talk to and helpful. we could see they were truly committed to making your stay special. I would like to tell anyone looking for a truly nature focused experience this is the retreat they need to go, with quiet spaces, hidden in the woodland and a babbling brook just outside the door. A hidden Gem!

This was the perfect spot for a solo business traveler. Super walkable, great coffee shops nearby and fantastic restaurants in the area. The room is small, and may feel too small for two, but the common house is great and spacious if you feel the need to stretch out a bit. Super cozy, tucked away, would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easily accessible, new property, reserved parking spot, 15 to 30 min drive to multiple ski sites, plenty of dinning and shopping options nearby, well equipped and furnished appartment.

Negative:
No A/C, opening windows helped.

The location of this property is really good, but the property is not up to par. My son was hit on the head by the hottub cover because the stand was broken. He is still suffering from headaches and sore neck. The house was dirty when we arrived and we spent half a day getting in reasonably clean. The kitchen ware was so old and battered it would not even be sold in a yardsale. Frankly we decided to leave a day early.

We loved our stay at these condos. Our unit had everything we were looking for and more. To name a few of our favorite things; Heated Garage, Private hot tub, king sized bed, pet friendly, fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep, Lots of big screen smart TVs. We will definitely be back. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay!

The place hosted by Effortless Stay was very nice—spacious, with a great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. As a historic house, it has a certain character, and you can see the passage of time in some of its details. My colleagues and I appreciated the convenient proximity to the convention center, as well as several good restaurants nearby. For those planning to explore the neighborhood at night, it may be more comfortable to do so in a group. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. With their assistance, I was able to arrange a spot in a nearby parking garage in advance, and everything went smoothly.

For groups visiting Denver for a business trip, this is a solid option.

Great location!

I absolutely love this building love the units. It is very quiet peaceful you don’t hear anything from the surrounding units very clean. There is restaurants nearby. I really really love this building.

Perfectly quaint, clean and modern cabin with excellent amenities in a fantastic location.

The room was very clean and inviting when I arrived. The host gave very clear and simple instructions for getting into the room. There were a lot of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also very nice parks to run at within a mile or so from the apartment. Overall I would stay again.

David and Marina were super responsive to all communications. The unit was just as described, right in the middle of the village.

Cutthroat Cabin was comfortable, fairly private, and very clean. It is steps away from the creek, has a private fenced in and clean hot tub, & lots of outdoor seating to relax. The communal sauna is easy to self-serve and the provided ground coffee beans were actually pretty good!! Highly recommend and hope to return.

The place was very clean and nice! It was a little hard to find when we first got to the building as it wasnt listed anywhere what floor it was on, there was also construction right outside the building that prevented parking. Everything else was good except the bed in one of the bedrooms was not very sturdy/comfortable . Our heads were almost on the floor, definitely needs more support.

Everything was great. My only comment is that there is no deadbolt lock on the door. I didn’t feel 100% secure as I was traveling as a single female.

What an amazing place. The house is so well designed, both layout wise and decoration. The structure offered by Effortless Stay was also a great add-on. All toiletries included and kitchen supplies as well. I’d stay at this house over and over again. And for upcoming trips elsewhere I’ll be for sure looking at other listings with Effortless Stay. The peace of mind is worth it!

We have stayed numerous times, really like the building, city or Mountain View’s. Very walkable to lots of places to eat!
