We had a great stay. We were close to downtown, the beautiful Clear Creek walkway and the university campus. The place was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. The host was very responsive.

This was a spectacular stay, despite the lack of snow on the mountain. I wouldn’t choose another place to stay in Steamboat. We loved being in town (vs at the resort), as we could and walk anywhere in town. The ski lockers made it so convenient when we went skiing; we didn’t have to walk to the resort in our boots like we have at so many other ski resorts. We liked this spot so much, we are beginning to look for nearby properties for sale.

Great stay!

Positive:
Views and being centrally planted was great being close to normal amenities, everything out from Denver is a pretty decent drive. Place was clean when entered, many stocked toiletries and has a out everything you'll need. Private parking was great.

Negative:
Living room couches are more for show than comfort. Though it fits the visual aesthetics of the place it is not very comfortable for more than an hr. ( Stiff ) Maybe an aesthetic couch that also offers comfort would grant more time spending in the living area.

Positive:
The condo was well-appointed, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, but welcoming. We also liked the convenience of garage parking, which must be especially helpful on game days! It was an easy walk to Jefferson Park and Sloan Lake.

Negative:
What I didn’t like, can’t be corrected…noise from the traffic when out on the balcony. As a result, only used that space for grilling, which was still a nice feature of this rental.

We came to Ed And Andrea’s place for a science writing/research retreat and it was perfect for that purpose. The house and especially the surroundings were beautiful. The house was close to hikes and also not too far from restaurants/stores. We enjoyed out stay!

What a great place in a great location!!

The loft was amazing. We were in for a Nuggets game and there were 7 of us and plenty of beds and space for us while we waited for the game and afterward. Plenty of walkable restaurants. Great price!

The most intuitive and user-friendly Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Everything was easy and effortless. It looks just like the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and only 20-40 min from Downtown Denver.

This was a comfortable and well-appointed 1 bedroom unit. It is spotlessly clean, and had a very comfortable bed.
Communications with the host were great, and getting into the unit was easy. I have no complaints and would love to return again! Golden is such a charming city — I was there for work (CO School of Mines) but would come back for a long weekend in a heartbeat!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The hosts were great and easy to work with. The cabins were modern and had everything we needed. A great little weekend getaway with the wife and dog. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the place! Excited for them to get the sauna up sometime, but the kitchen was amazing, lots of hangout areas and game areas.

Secluded enough that you don’t have to leave the place if you don’t want, but Blackhawk was right around the corner if you did.

Didn’t take advantage, but there’s a private lake for the community which also seemed lovely

Great stay! My favorite stay in Denver!

Very cute and private with a nice, private, outdoor area. location was great. The only negative was the bed. I realize that the desired firmness of a mattress is subjective, but this mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We did not sleep well the entire week and woke every morning with a sore back and joints.
