Would 100% stay again!

Great location, very close to a lot of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Clean house with good amenities. The house is 3 stories, so if you have big bags, bringing them upstairs can be challenging. Other than that a really great stay.

This property was exceptional for a small company retreat. Each of the rooms were comfortable and the shared large space was perfect for our meetings. Everything we needed was provided and the dining options nearby are amazing. We look forward to coming back soon as a group, and many of our team members want to come back for personal travel. As the person who generally plans these retreats, this is the very first one that no one complained about! Excellent.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Responsive and communicative. I love Denver:) my girls live here and I will be back.

Beautiful place! Looks just like the pictures. It was very clean, had a comfy mattress, and a pretty, updated bathroom. The floor to ceiling windows and the location right downtown can't be beat!

“Comfortable, clean, and above expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedding and linens were incredibly soft. The hot tub was perfect after a long day. The hosts were very accommodating with flexible check-in.
We walked right out the front door onto the Ridgetop hiking trail and enjoyed a two-hour hike with beautiful views. The Wild Bill museum was an easy stop nearby, and the drive down the mountain into town was quick — a perfect base for our show at Red Rocks. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely return.”

My husband and I had a great stay at Lost forks! The saunas are very relaxing and we loved the view of the creek. Our bed was comfortable and the facilities were very clean. There was also a friendly worker there to help with any questions. Lots of amenities as well. Our main complaint is that the whole basecamp is right off the road. From the pictures/description/map we thought it was quite a bit further off the main road, but it is maybe hundred feet or so. It was not too loud, but we felt that the description made it seem like more of a “cabin in the woods” than it actually was. Overall great stay! And if you know to expect the road, it was a cute and cozy place!

The property itself was great. Clean and nicely laid out. Great location, however, you could hear the train going by often. It didn't bother us, as it was new to us.Getting into the property, however, was a different story. You have to go through a gate--we were initially given the wrong gate code. After trying for 10 mins, we called the number and were given the correct gate code. Once you get into the gate, you have to find the correct lockbox out of 8. It would be A LOT easier if the lockbox owners marked their boxes with a Unique identifier--perhaps something as simple as a Letter or Number, however, they decided to use a "white tape". There were a couple of lockboxes that had a tape. After 50 mins, several videos back and forth, we finally were told we were trying the wrong lockbox. It was quite frustrating and not a great way to start a vacation. Just a warning to others! Once you get inside, everything is smooth sailing. Be sure to bring your own detergent for laundry if you plan to use--our stay had a container but no pods (perhaps an oversight).

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and easy to get to. Nice spacious rooms and bathrooms. We Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, close 2 lots to do in Denver; cute, hip bar n coffee shop on site as well. Currently, construction on Colfax can b a headache but won't last long

Great place to recover from surgery. Had everything that me and my mom needed and then some. The sheets were so soft and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location great base to explore the area. Walkable to great restaurants bakery and shopping!

Awesome location steps from everything downtown, clean property, well equipped. Good soundproofing but in a loud area right above restaurants and can hear all the street noise. Nice to have an assigned garage parking spot!

Great place! Beautiful area and peaceful

It’s nice property, clean and good location. We were really disappointed though with the couch that is the main place for the family to relax and talk. The recliners were crooked or needed repair for sure. And couch seats were sinking in from the rear side. It was otherwise very clean property.
