It was loud next to the freeway. I had to go buy earplugs.

Exactly as described! Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, next to a creek. Peaceful. Short drive to guanella pass! Hosts were communicative and provided clear directions on location,
Check in/out.

The cabin was clean, modern and comfortable. I loved the it’s located right by the river. Having the windows open with the sound of the water was so relaxing. The hot tub was clean and private. I definitely utilized the sauna on multiple occasions. Just what I needed to get away from the city. Tons of hiking trails within a short drive as well.

Great location. The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was very prompt with responses.

Great stay! The place was clean, stylish, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with plenty of shops and cafés within walking distance. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little cabin with private hot tub that was ready and easy to use. The only recommendation I’d have (as a shorty) is a step stool placed outside the hot tub for safe entry and exit. Perfect little spot right off the highway but without highway noise. Would 100% stay again!

We stayed at this David + Lauren’s place for a 3 day weekend and wedding venue. The location could not have been better with it being right dead center in town and walking distance from everything you’ll ever need. We really didn’t even need our rental car.

On top of that, the place was brand new, very high end appliances — even their seasonings and plates/silverware were high quality.

It is a beautiful place that looks just like the pictures. You’d be hard pressed to find a better deal than this anywhere in Breckenridge.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for in a quick one-night anniversary getaway. The property was gorgeous and beautiful next to the creek. The cabin was clean, modern, and very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Well accommodated home with lots of rooms and space for all.

We only stayed one night passing through but it was amazing! The river ran right outside the front and we just loved it! Very clean and the bed was great! Would stay again for sure!

The apartment is in a good location to walk throughput Golden which is nice. It is, however, on the side of a moderately busy road. The toilet is for small children and the tub and sink were both clogged. Hopefully these easy fixes will have taken place for the next guest.

Perfect location for game day. The only downside is VERY limited parking. If the garage is full you will have a hard time finding street parking during a football weekend. The place itself was BEAUTIFUL. The view was awesome I liked when we arrived the temp was nice and cool. Plenty of towels for bathroom, very comfortable beds. I would totally stay here again. The office was REALLY high but I guess for convenience it is what it is.

Nice little place, with great walk ability

This place is really great. The cabins are right next to the rushing creek. At first we were worried about privacy but everything felt pretty secluded. Hot tub was on point and clean. Only complaint is the store not being kept up. We wanted to buy ice and a souvenir of our stay but it was rather bare. Oh well, overall we want to come back again!

De ‘doorcode’ werd doorgegeven met sms maar werkte niet. Ik heb als antwoord op dat sms om assistentie gevraagd. Geen reactie . Wij hebben voor 1 nacht een ander ‘resort’ moeten boeken en betalen. We hebben pas laat in de avond (toen waren we al in het andere resort .. dus te laat) de code van de locker (een alternatief met sleutel er in) doorgemaild gekregen. S’ anderendaags voormiddag naar geboekte locatie gegaan.

This is a beautiful place that had everything we needed. Very spacious and well appointed. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants, old town hot springs, the Yampa river trail, and shops. The wrap around deck provided another seating area. Having a parking space in the garage was very nice. It is a little cramped though, as mentioned by other reviewers. We have a Honda pilot but a vehicle larger than that would be a very tight fit.

The only downside is the street noise. Lincoln street is the Main Street thru Steamboat Springs and the traffic is very heavy during the day time. If you are a light sleeper, the bedroom located right inside the front door is your best bet. It is located the farther from the street. There are plenty of fans and a noise machine to help with the noise.

All said, it was a great stay. The communication was excellent and we had zero problems!
