Difficult 6 hours with no place to leave luggage until 4:00PM. Loud bump when AC comes on. Everything else was fine.

Great place and host!
I knew this place seemed close on the map to the venue (The Oriental Theater), but it was literally a block away. So many fun places in the neighborhood and a beautiful unit.
The only challenge was the parking, but we found street parking not too far away.
We will definitely come back again!
Great place to stay for our family vacation. The main living room is spacious and beautiful with a huge dining table and well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the location is top-notch.
It was a very nice house very clean spacious. Just be aware. It does take a bit to get to from town.
Fun place to stay!
Host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. The house was exactly what we needed and in a beautiful area. We only wish we would have been lucky enough to see a big horn sheep during our stay!

Property was as described. Clean with good amenities. Beds were comfortable. Lots of outdoor space. Appreciated the dishwasher and laundry detergent. Spices, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great to have!Starter coffee, sugar and creamer too.Location was perfect! About 15 minutes from town up a paved winding road.Mule deer in the yard and elk right on Stagecoach drive. 20 minutes to Red Rocks for a concert. Hour from Denver airport. 25 minutes to Idaho Springs. We would go back!Only concern is the dated deck boards. Must keep shoes on due to splinters.
David & Lauren were excellent hosts. This condo was one of our favorite AirBnB experiences ever. Just a beautiful property nestled in the heart of Breckenridge. Will definitely stay again.

Very responsive. Was not expecting an additional $100 pet fee since my reservation clearly said 2 adults and a pet . Other than that, the house and stay was good.

This property is in a great location, and is well appointed and clean. It had everything we needed (and more) for a long weekend stay. It was close to great amenities like Sloan's lake and not too far from Red Rocks amphitheater. A couple of things to note, the unit is below ground with only one window, which is located in the bedroom. We were aware of this beforehand, but it does feel a little claustrophobic with no natural light. The residents in the unit above play the television loud and can be very noisy walking and dropping things. There is no control of the air temperature, and we got very cold in the unit. Other than those few things, we had an excellent stay.
Really nice modern cabin on a beautiful river right off of 285. Very clean, clear check in instructions sent. Highly recommend!
