Convenient to the nearby restaurants, good street parking very close by

Great stay! Perfect location.

Beautiful location and very responsive hosts! We had issue with the lock but they were able to help us get in quickly after a long travel day.

Positive:
The place was super cute and in a great a location. It was cozy and loved the back patio to the grass area. Well stocked and clean.

Negative:
The location was on the corner. In the morning, you could hear the morning construction traffic.

This place is even more breathtaking than the photos show. If you’re looking for something tranquil, secluded but accessible and in great proximity to world renowned locations, this is it. I needed to get out of town and clear my head for a bit, bringing my pup along for a quiet night of reading, writing and a simple grilled dinner from a bed looking straight out a giant a-frame window to the creek was priceless. It couldn’t have been a better unwind and creative space. Only very small drawback is 10 am checkout, which feels a bit rushed in the morning especially with the property being at less than half capacity, but I understand it’s family run with limited personnel, so I’m sure there are times they need the extra time to turn a space for the next guests.

Room was very comfortable, quiet, and cute. Location was great, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Overall the property was great. The coffee maker was a little bit difficult to figure out out the cups verses the pot. Maybe better pillows for the beds. But we had a great time and enjoyed the property.

The house was as advertised! It was very clean and accommodating. The view from the back porch was amazing! The check in was easy and host was very responsive! Definitely would stay here again!

The property was clean and excellently located for visiting and staying in Golden. It was quiet even though the building appeared fully occupied. The kitchen and utensils were frankly of a higher quality and more robust than many larger properties I have booked. The bed was comfortable. The only issues I would note is the TVs seemed to be linked to 1 remote rather than separate, and there were no batteries in one of the remotes. I wasn't there to watch TV, but I can say it was a bit frustrating. I would stay here again, and the dedicated parking spot was very welcome.

Great aparment with easy access to South Boradway, Cherry Creek Trail, which I used often to walk downtown or just as an afternoon activity. The aparment also has a pool available, making the summer more enjoyable! The aparment had all the basics avialble for a long stay and I found the bed quite comfortable. There are multiple shopping options 10-15min walk away. Overall enjoyed my 4 month stay.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The main street was under construction and it made it a little difficult to find the parking lot but outside of that everything was perfect. The coffee shop at the hotel is phenomenal and the host was prompt in recommending local food options when I asked. 10/10 recommend!

Positive:
The location was exactly where we wanted to be, close to the Hertz car return. We didn’t have the breakfast. The facility was great. I wish we had more time to have drinks and sit on the patio. We loved the basement though!

Positive:
Really nice room and nice setting. Easy to find parking outside. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The decorations were very nice and it was calm and quiet.

Negative:
It was hard to find where our room was as the building with rooms 4-7 is not marked. Tried to call but they never answered. Absolutely no one on site to help with anything so you’re on your own and all communication is done via messages. The other negative is that they don’t have good curtains and light comes in pretty much all night and then a lot in the morning. If you’d like to sleep in a dark room, this is not the place.

Amazing place - very spacious! Check-in was a little lengthy with detailed instructions. Would have been nice to have the information a few days before so we were more prepared with garage parking and entry code. Had a great time and highly recommend. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds!

This home was perfect. I have family in Arvada. It was close by. It’s by a beautiful park with lots of walking trails. The house had all the amenities that you would need when you’re away from home. It was a perfect stay for me. I will definitely return.

I left sad because I didn’t want to leave. Just book it yall it’s worth every penny! Ready to be back already.

Enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation that I have is there needs to be additional towels and wash cloths. That’s it’s. Everything was outstanding
