Location, amenities, convenience - perfect place for our trip to Denver. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, spacious, amazing views, great amenities. Kitchen is amazing, fully stocked spices and plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. Parking is private and just a minute walk from the front door, it made getting our things in and out a breeze. The host was responsive and the check-in directions were very clear and we had no issues at all, they even accommodated an early check-in time for us. We skied A-Basin, only a 10 minute drive up Loveland pass but there’s also a shuttle service if you’re skiing Keystone. Do note that check-out is strictly 10am unless communicated otherwise with the host. The door automatically locks and the passcode changes right at 10am. We will be back!

Great place with stunning views especially when it snowed. Only downfall was the fireplace did not work but this was mentioned in the ad before booking so can’t fault them for that.

This was a lovely accommodation for our ski trip. The Airbnb was spacious, spotless, and well stocked. Ive stayed in many airbnbs for large groups in the area and this was one of the best spots in my experience.

The pictures do not do it justice! This cabin is even more beautiful/serene in person. Everything in the home was spotless, and all of the rooms provided a cozy/comforting environment. The kitchen was well stocked, and all other necessities were considered in the rest of the home. We will definitely be back!

I paid for $3121 for 38 days. On day 30, the fire suppression line broke and I had to vacate my loft rental due to flooding in several places inside my unit. Effortless Stay apologized but maintained it was not their fault. I was offered accommodations in another property of theirs which was by no means comparable in size, space or location or I could be reimbursed $458 for the remaining 8 nights I had initially paid in full. I found a comparable loft and paid $1228 from another party. I have made spoken with Effortless Stay three times since my sudden relocation in hopes they would do the right thing. I have not heard a word and have not been compensated a penny.

I’m maintaining the position that this entire incident could have been avoided if the building was properly maintained and serviced regularly. Every tenant on my floor was aware of the water leaking from the buildings suppression pipes on our floor. The hallway carpet was soaked.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the space was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. I had a long stay and was comfortable. Easy access to street parking and conveniently located close to I-70 and Federal. It met my needs during my stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Great host and great communication! Lovely neighborhood/area.
