Great apartment! Perfect for a weekend stay. Very close to downtown. Neighborhood felt very safe at night. Street parking was easy to find.
Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, and all the things to make our stay comfortable. The desk/office setup was particularly nice (even a monitor!) since I had to work remove and take calls. The building is very safe with a 24 hour person at the front desk. Instructions to the garage to park the car and accessing the key fob were well detailed. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries as well.

We loved our stay in Denver! The host was very communicative. Check in and check out was seamless. The condo was very beautiful and clean with many amenities. We would love to stay here again!

The location is great, the condo was warm and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Colorado. Everything was great from start to finish. The place felt very clean and well maintained, and I especially loved the new appliances, loved the stove, they made the stay feel modern and comfortable. The master bedroom was beautiful and very cozy, which made it easy to relax after long days out.

The only suggestions I would offer are small improvements that could make the experience even better. Darker blinds in the bedrooms would really help, as the early morning light comes in quite brightly. Also, since the property is very close to the road, there is noticeable traffic noise at night. Adding heavier shades or some type of sound-blocking window treatment would be amazing and would help guests sleep even more comfortably.

Other than that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

I enjoyed this listing so much! The place was beautiful and had more to offer than the listing had which were pleasant surprises. The view is beautiful to enjoy on a sunny day! This place is worth the booking

La struttura è moderna, molto bella in un’ottima posizione.

Negative:
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente, mancava il copri duvet al terzo letto, lo abbiamo chiesto, hanno inviato una del personale che ci ha lasciato fuori la porta un sacchetto con 4 copri cuscini.
Lo abbiamo fatto presente ma ci hanno risposto che a quell’ora non c’era più nessuno disponibile.
Mio figlio ha dovuto dormire due notti senza un copri duvet o un lenzuolo superiore.
Naturalmente non è stato confortevole.
Peccato, la struttura ci era piaciuta!

This place was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to everything. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable and parking wasn't too bad. Both the kitchen and shower were spotless! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a pond hockey tournament which was right outside the door. It gave us room to stay, let the kids play between games, watch the Olympics and cook for lot of friends who were able to come and go during the games as well. It was as convenient as can be.

This house is wonderful and so well equipped, especially if you like cooking ! Plenty of space to host your guests ! And the mountain views from every portion of the houses are outstanding !

Lovely place, well kept and clean, well outfitted with everything you need. Communication via text was easy and very responsive. The unit has lots of balconies and the roof deck has an outstanding view of the Denver area. The West Colefax neighborhood is somewhat transitional but felt safe to us, and is close to places like downtown Denver and Sloan's Lake. There is a great coffee shop just on Colefax a block away.

Clean space . Enjoyed my stay

Beautiful and relaxing spot right on the lake! Our family of four enjoyed walking to go ice skating, enjoy the small arcade and being able to sit next to the fireplace while watching the Zamboni in the mornings next to the beautiful mountains. The place was clean and cozy with the basic amenities. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. We would definitely recommend and love to return!

This was a wonderful home with plenty of space for our group of 8. It was also well stocked with all of the essential toiletries and kitchen supplies.

Great place! Deceptively large with lots of space to just hang out. Pool table was a big hit with teens.

The condo was very clean, great location and assistance was available if needed.Only major concern for us was that the water for the shower was never warm enough.

Great spot, only complaint is the street parking. No deducted parking, you have to gamble for an open spot each time you come and go. If you’re lugging around bags, that can be a hassle. But other than that, very pleased with this spot. Would stay again!
