Excellent stay! Alex’s place is extremely well located, within walking distance of Sloan’s Lake. Highly recommend.

The host was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful! We truly enjoyed ourselves and had such a wonderful time. It felt just like being at home.

This place was truly a dream! It was clean, and we all loved the decor & design. This was a trip of 4 couples, so each bedroom having it's own bathroom was great! All rooms were wonderful, so no couple got the "short end of the stick" ;) The kitchen was great for cooking big meals too. Before, during, and after the trip, communication was amazing!

It's a bummer the fireplace didn't work, but they gave us a heads up ahead of time. The hot tub was not cleaned for us upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and helped resolve the situation afterwards. I'd definitely come back here again!

Clean, well stocked and exactly as described. Fun neighborhood with great restaurants around. Quiet!

I’ve stayed in AirBnB’s a dozen plus times and have never asked for a late checkout time until now. I asked for a one hour extension. My request was denied so we left on time. It felt like the entire building was owned by Effortless Stay. With a little effort they could have made this work and it would have made a material difference to a long travel day.

The hallway carpets outside the unit were filthy. Outside the front door was littered. The elevator was very slow and then became inoperable which in turn created a security risk as the stairwell door was propped open. I doubt I will stay again with this operator.

We were very comfortable at Calyton's house. It is an old house but has a lot of charm. Loved the area, it was quick to get around anywhere in the city. The house was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and had plenty of towels etc. Thanks, Clayton!

Great, comfortable townhome in a very nice section of Lohi (the lower Highland area) of Denver. Lots of fun restaurants that are easy to walk to and if you are fond of walking, that really that far to LoDo (Lower Downtown) Denver. Great pedestrian bridge across Interstate 25 makes this an easy longer walk. We walked to Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium for the Broncos and the AFC Championship. Definitely will be back.

Such an amazing, cute place. Loved the postcard provided, such a sweet touch and there is a retro radio with an aux so bring a dongle!! The coffee/bar on site has RUINED ME with its AWESOMENESS. I will never be the same and will never go to another airbnb or hotel without one, so convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxed+hip+cozy. There's a small, intimate downstairs area for events on weekends. Cannot recommend this place enough- the retro theme is sick. This is definitely the stay.

Great spot with a mountain view and close to the base. We had an awesome stay.

This place stood out to me as a good value and something to break the mold of typical hotel experiences. Nearly nothing at all to say negatively save for a little hair in the bathroom and bed linens. I would not just stay here myself again but recommend it to people looking for a good stay close to Denver!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Fraser! The property had all of the essentials plus more with extra pillows, towels, and toiletries in stock! It was a great use of space and extremely comfortable for our weekend away and would definitely stay here in the future.

This was our second time staying in this location, it was wonderful and we will definitely stay again! It is in a great neighborhood with walkable restaurants. It was a short walk to Mile High Stadium if you are in town to see the Denver Broncos.

Check-in and-out directions were easy to follow.

We were there on a busy weekend and therefore will not granted early check-in or a late checkout.

Fantastic place to stay and the location was wonderful. The view from the room was incredible and the entire unit was extremely clean. We had a little issue with finding the keys and confusion but after it was easy. There were no blankets as pictured in the photos but we made do with extra comforters. The hosts were extremely responsive and we would stay here 100 times again! The only thing I would change is to have an extra parking pass key to get into the parking deck. It was kind of difficult sometimes as we’d forget to give the key to our other car and have to walk out to let them in. Same thing with getting into the building and room for the actual keys, two sets would’ve been great!
