I cannot recommend this place enough, staff is extremely friendly, flexible and responsive. Very very nice , very well done. They have put a lot of thought into everything even down to the shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Will definitely stay there again if ever in Denver

Beautiful condo in a great location!

You can't beat this location. In the middle of downtown so it's an easy walk to all the restaurants and stores. Wonderful unit with plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely be back in the summer to take advantage of the balcony. The ski locker at base is in a good spot as well.

Great location and beautiful place to stay in RiNo. We walked to so many different places and found we had all we needed for a comfortable stay!

We stayed at sawmill for 3 nights with 4 adults. We had one issue pop up but they were extremely quick with responses and accommodating. The location is amazing for skiing, easy to walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Spices, pots, pants, utensils, towels for the hot tub… it was awesome. The shower water pressure was exceptional in the showers which is always amazing. Would love to stay again next time we are in town.

Stayed here for a Broncos game. Quick 20-25 minute walk and always felt safe. The actual condo space was very nice with a large shower that had excellent pressure. Beautiful view of the skyline at night as well. Will definitely consider this rental again for a future trip.

Great place - very modern, clean, spacious. The host communication was really clear and proactive. The location was great for my needs (I was in Denver for a football game, the stadium was walkable from the property).

Check in instructions were clear and I had no problem getting in the building. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The location was great and the host was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again

It was very cold during our stay and there is no central heating. Downstairs room stayed colder

The ice maker did not work. No simple antenna to get local TV broadcasts.

All around, great experience. From the host's constant communication to the stay's amenities. I can not think one of thing to recommend improvement on. Great work and thank you for the stay.

I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend this group or building more for a trio of any length of time.

Beautiful spot, clean and comfortable.

The house was amazing. It felt like home away from home. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early after they found out our flight landed extremely early. The house was clean and spacious. Great spot!

Honestly, this place is nice and well-renovated, considering the price point. Adding a cheap coffee machine would make the value more appealing. However, if you’re like me and work remotely, this isn’t the place for you. The WiFi is unreliable, and the host is completely unhelpful when you finally reach out about it. They even completely ignored Airbnb support.

I had to leave because the WiFi couldn’t be fixed in three days due to “maintenance” needing to look at it, even though the issue would have probably been a simple reboot of the routers.

Overall, I give this place a 4 stars because of the poor service and support experience when things actually go wrong. For the price point, I would have paid $20 extra a night to stay at a Marriott nearby. They offer reliable internet, reliable hot showers, and coffee machines in the room. Plus, there are many comparable Airbnb listings that are much better at this price point.
