The window is small (if you're a remote worker), but there are nearby coffee shops to work from and the location cannot be beat! Very nice studio apartment.

We stayed here from MN on the way to Los Angeles, and on the way back. My Range Rover Sport couldn't fit in the garage so we parked down the street, but that was stated in the description. Would stay again!

It was clear that La Vista has undergone a beautiful remodel recently and it was also close to lots of local eats. I have never stayed in a motel before and I was a little weary based off some of the old google reviews but it's clear the new owners have really committed to making this a great place. I checked in during the weekend and it was busy but the week was very quiet with just a few other cars. There was one evening where I heard a loud crash around 3am and I reached out to them via their text option and someone replied within 30 minutes so I was super impressed to have that kind of service at a non traditional hotel stay. They were also gracious enough to extend my stay at the discounted price I booked so overall I feel like they really committed to great customer service. The area appears to be undergoing some gentrification so it's a bit hit or miss but I did feel safe overall and would return.

This spot was exactly what we wanted. Close to lots of things to do. Very Walkable neighborhood. It was quiet and clean wuth great view from our floor. Will definitely be back.

location, location, location !

This was an incredible house to stay in with plenty of room for five adults. Check in was very easy and the hosts were very involved with making sure we had everything we needed and were quick to answer any questions.

I did not realize that this house had such an amazing view! There are both mountain and city views of Denver from the porch, living room, and master bedroom as well as the master bathroom! You can sit in the master tub and see views if the city as well as the mountains.

We absolutely loved spending time on the balcony, watching the deer in our yard!

The hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking at nearby parks. It fit us all comfortably and it was amazing watching the sunset and having beautiful views from the hot tub.

Evergreen is a great little town. It is just 15 minute drive down the mountainto all of the restaurants and shops you would need.

I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay would love to return next visit

We loved the chalet and all its terrific features. Four good sized bedrooms included a superior master suite and every room contains a very comfortable king sized bed. A sizable living/family on the second floor made for a comfortable gathering area conducive to fun and family connections. Also on the second floor is a decent sized kitchen with an excellent stove and oven setup that home cooked meals were easy to prepare on. Close proximity to the mountain base that took about 10 minutes to navigate was welcomed by all. If you didn’t want to walk you could ride the shuttle that comes through the neighborhood. If not the best, one of the best rentals we have ever used. It had a very positive impact on our family gathering.

The stay was great! But the customer service was terrible. There was no broom in the home, along with other items needed, and when requested we received robot responses. Finally received a broom the last day of our week long stay. We also found drugs in the home (cannabis edibles), and we have small children. Our children could have mistaken them for harmless gummies. When this was brought to the attention of the host it wasn’t acknowledged. Lastly, the cleaning service showed up to the house 10 minutes prior to our check out time, and stayed in the driveway, making for a very awkward vibe, with lack of privacy, and feeling rushed. Not the greatest way to feel ending our vacation.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is a very short drive from downtown Denver, the actual units have everything you’d need and more, and they’re extremely convenient when it comes to entering and leaving. The unit was large, clean, and matched the photos perfectly. Things were set up meticulously to cater to the best experience possible for the guest, and it’s overall just a large, comfortable, clean, and beautiful place to stay!!

Beautiful home! The family loved our home base during visit to Denver

Staying here was a nightmare. The apartment is lovely but the 2nd day the power/heat went out. It was below freezing in Denver. We informed them immediately and requested resolution before night. They did not. They keep telling us to wait, and we waited in the dark and cold for 5 hours. At 7pm we had to scramble to find a hotel at our own cost. They offered no alternatives, no help, claiming it was beyond their control. If so, they should not be in this business. They even said that if we left and the heat came back on we would be charged for the full stay. We had to cover the cost of hotel rooms in an emergency situation. Our inconvenience and discomfort were extreme. They offered a partial refund for the day, unacceptable, as we would be paying $800 for 1 night. Clearly corporate greed rules Effortless Stay. Not effortless. They also suggested we cancel with Airbnb and book with them directly, a clear violation of policy. Avoid Effortless stay. They are unethical, inept crooks.

Great location for a ski trip! Heated garage for gear storage was handy. Two minute drive from the Safeway.
