a very cool and totally renovated old/good as new motel.

Positive:
Alot of space and that's about it.

Negative:
On the second day of our 5 night stay sometime in the afternoon a horrible loud drilling noise started in the apartment and last for around 30 minutes. What we thought was a one off ended up being the start of a nightmare. The drilling noise started the next morning at 8.30am and continued all day and the same next the day and then again the following morning as we were checking out. The place became unusable and we had to leave just to get a break from the noise. The host offered 50% off one night which we found an insult considering 50% of our entire stay was ruined. We will never be back we advise everyone to stay away.

I loved this place everything was Perfect 😍 only thing the tv in the living area wouldn’t work and couldn’t get the fire pit lit but being it was just 2 of us it wasn’t a big deal so whenever we decide to go back I’ll book this place again

An absolute pleasure staying with La Vista! The laundry room was easy to find and the staff at the bar were so welcoming and helpful. Comfortable room with everything we needed

Good location with respect to food and drink options.
As others have noted the kitchen is well stocked, making cooking very easy.
The place itself is quiet. We did not hear the neighbours. However one note is due to the location you may hear freight trains blowing their horn at night if you are a light sleeper but nothing that ear plugs will not fix.

A large and very cozy house where it’s truly pleasant to stay. Everything is perfectly clean and fully matches the description.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
Communication is excellent — responses to any questions come very quickly, usually within 10–20 minutes.
Great support overall, and the place feels very calm, comfortable, and welcoming.

Great place to stay, with amenities and rooms as described. Bathrooms are spacious and with everything required. Beds we used were all comfortable and with good linen and many pillows.
Location is close to Everything in Denver. Enjoyed our stay greatly.

Positive:
The facility was chosen, based on its location to the football stadium, which was about a 25 minute walk. There were several good restaurants and bars around, which also was very convenient.

Negative:
Outside of the property was dated along with the shared inside hallways was dirty big stains in the hallway. There were some trash out by the front door for the whole time that we were there which was three days.

Great location and home.

Stunning! Just like on the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay. Sure enough we also saw the famous fox! I went outside to take a picture of sunrise and she was hanging out in front of the entrance. She ate half of our bread loaf haha and some blueberries.
The TV was acceptable. A 4K firetv. It was slow to load but once it started streaming it was working fine. We watched some stranger things on our netflix.
The water was good. The heater worked great. There were even some cool books. Everything was great overall. If I could point to one thing to improve, it would be the sheets and comforters. Maybe buy new sheets and comforters, especially for the kids bedroom. Preferably cotton sheets and duvet covers. Definitely not a dealbreaker though, as most people probably won't care.

Beautiful home for an affordable price located only 1 hr from Loveland Ski resort and 40 min from Denver. The views are breathtaking and everything you need is only a 15 min drive into Evergreen. Super responsive staff that addressed our needs promptly. Thank you!
