Great place. As advertised. Responsive and helpful host. If you come with two vehicles, the visitor parking situation can be tough if no space is available. The complex comes with one reserved space however. Overall great stay!

Amazing place to stay! It was exactly as pictured and walking to the stadium was the best!! Location was quiet but within a short distance to anything such as shopping & restaurants. The place was immaculate! Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

There were 5 of us, and on the first morning, we woke up, and there was no hot water. We had to wait for hot water, then only two of us were able to shower, and no more hot water anywhere in the home. Then the toilets didn't want to flush. I communicated with the owner right away, but being on vacation, we had plans and tickets scheduled for the day. We did not have time to waste on maintenance to come. Who wants to spend their vacation stuck in a home with maintenance? The owner refused to cancel our trip early or reimburse us for the temainder of the trip. We grabbed our stuff and ended up checking into a hotel. We drove around all day with a packed car until after our scheduled events for the day before we had to unload again at a hotel. Very disappointing.
Aside from that incident, the house did not feel homey. It felt cold (not temperature wise) and a little creepy.
Der Gastgeber hat auf Rückfragen sehr schnell und zuverlässig reagiert. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Da wir auch selbst gekocht haben, haben wir besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche geschätzt.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht zentral und ohne direkten Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das ist im Vorfeld bekannt, ein Pkw ist daher sinnvoll. Insgesamt ein wirklich unkomplizierter und angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Snow and ice came thru the night we got there. Could not pull down the hill to the property for several days and had to park a few houses away and walk to the house.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l’appartement est nickel, y a rien à dire dessus, propre confortable et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires.
Par contre, il est située en face d’une route et c’est très bruyant.
A great spot! Exactly like the photos, clean, well-stocked for what we needed. Lucas was also very responsive. Would recommend!

Great short stay in a perfect Denver location. The unit is clean and modern with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The host went above and beyond to accommodate a check-in need, which we truly appreciated. This is a super convenient spot with everything you need just steps away.
Love the Airbnb! Everything was so close. Went to the Colorado convention center and to the Ellie venue to see the nut cracker. We were like 5 minutes away from everything. The owner was always communicative with us and provided us with helpful recommendations. Second time staying in this venue and definitely will be back.

This place was absolutely stunning and super clean, everything was flawless and set up great. A lot to do in the area and lots of walkable areas. The only complaint is the upstairs neighbors were stomping a lot of the night but other than that great place.
It was a great visit, very nice Airbnb!!

The one day we got to experience. The home was great until issues beyond our controlled started happening and we had to leave however, the house is very nice located at a very nice location.
