Great place and hosts, would recommend!

This place was perfect for our first visit to Denver. It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The building staff were always friendly and made you feel very welcome. The building is also very secure which made us feel at ease.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood, host was accommodating and responsive. Would both highly recommend and stay again.

Very clean place and very comfortable beds. In a very nice neighborhood that was enjoyable for walking. Super close to a variety of restaurants and even an upscale movie theater. A neighborhood style location with more people walking their dogs than I’ve ever experienced before. The neighbors were always nice and conversational. The only challenge was street parking in the evening… but that being said, we never felt that the vehicles were unsafe, and we never felt unsafe. Lovely neighborhood.

John’s place was very comfortable, great neighborhood and quiet. It has a great rooftop deck with views of the mountains. It was. a fabulous vacation stop with easy access to highways and to downtown Denver The airport is thirty five minutes away. Definitely recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at Zuni Loft’s!! It was very clean, quiet, and had every amenity we needed.

This place was just as described! Clean, neat, and a great view of the city. Easy to get into. We did have a few issues though that might keep us from staying again. When the AC was running the whole apartment had an oscillating/humming noise. It was not loud, but pronounced enough to hear over a fan running in the bedroom. It did make sleep difficult at times and relaxing in the living room meant hearing this hum at all times. The shower was not perfectly clean, small signs of mould. And the shower neither got warm enough nor did it have nearly enough pressure. Otherwise this place would be a solid 5 stars!!! Hopefully the owner can get some of these issues fixed for the future.

Location is very good, close to anything downtown clean neighborhood and building inside & out would definitely book here again just wish it was a bit more reasonable in price but overall very nice

The loft fit our needs for our stay but I can’t say it was a great value. It was a neat set up and we appreciated the updated space. The room was primarily clean but the furniture had stains and the rug had debris on it. Other than that, it was well cleaned. The building itself had a strong odor and the trash was not dumped regularly. It was also difficult to find parking at night. It was a good location near to many restaurants and activities.

Great place, as nice as shown and advertised. Place was clean, and Paul was responsive to all my questions. Location in LoHi is great, as there are many places walkable, and downtown is a 25 minute walk or super short Uber ride away. Highly recommended.

Great stay, just very loud traffic and street noises on the opposite side. The provided white noise machine helped!
