A very comfortable home in a quaint neighborhood. The house was impeccable & had all the nice conveniences you’d have at your own home. It was also truly a wellness retreat, a mini spa. A great stay.

Our stay was short but really nice. The apartment was spacious, centrally located (right next to a brewery!), and decent parking options nearby. Checkin and checkout was super easy as well! Lived our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Zuni Lofts! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to great food, coffee, and places to explore. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!
Great stay near Breckenridge! The A-frame is situated back in the woods right off the highway (little bit of road noise, but not bad) and backs up to a lovely little creek. I saw a moose! The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for a weekend away (just me). The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a little bit and the place felt so warm and inviting. It was great to be 5 minutes from town. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
My wife and I loved every minute of our stay at the Fox A Frame! The house and the location were beautiful. And downtown Breckenridge is 5 minutes away so there was a lot to do. We’ll definitely stay there again if it’s available

Our short get away to Denver, Colorado, was made even nicer by the welcoming home we enjoyed for three-days. The house was well stocked and was by far the most tech savvy homes we have stayed in while traveling. The house is well equipped and is perfect for walking to eating establishments in the area. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions. Would recommend staying here when visiting Denver.
This was my second time staying and it was wonderful again. I chose the ground floor unit this time and it was really nice to walk right outside, especially for the dog. The hot tub was great and John’s properties are always furnished nicely and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back! Great stay.

Great place in a central location. It would be an easy five stars if not for a poorly managed parking pass snafu . Unlike advertised we never saw a parking pass. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. Away from the city center but quick and easy to get to downtown. Lots of easy walkable options for food. Sloan’s Lake was a great stay for our first time in Denver!

Staying at the Zuni Lofts was the perfect home base for our stay in Denver. Very cute condo with enough beds and bathrooms for entire party to be comfortable. The kitchen came fully stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The balcony provides a great view of the city. Surrounded by lots of great restaurants, and only a 20 minute walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful and relaxing!
We were traveling with three adults and our labradoodle visiting our daughter nearby. John’s townhome is pet-friendly and convience for our doodle. Beautiful and clean townhouse in great walking neighborhood. John’s place had everything we needed from morning coffee to cold drinking water and more. We had a fantastic experience for our first Airbnb especially traveling with our doodle. Excellent home base to relax and recharge.
We came in for a wedding and needed space and separate rooms with bathrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. This worked out perfectly for us! It backs up to pretty trees and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. John was a wonderful host. If we ever find ourselves in Boulder again, we’d definitely stay here!

We travel a lot. We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals. We have had some good ones and a lot of disappointments. Finally we found a place with John that felt as clean and comfortable as our beautiful home in Maui. We were right at home. Location is fabulous, parking was never a problem, we were totally satisfied. Thank you John for providing a space that totally matched or surpassed the photos!
