The home is well equipped with all of the kitchen appliances, nice pots and pans, and sharp knives - everything you need. The hot tub was hot and clean, the beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Great for a cozy autumn weekend in the mountains - we even woke up to early season snow!

Positive:
Very modern and clean, great showers, good kitchen equipment, spacy carage. The host was friendly and gave us good information.

Negative:
Traffic noise very loud especially on living room and master bedroom. We couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Balcony was very nice, but it was above highway and we couldn’t use it because of traffic noise and dust.

Had a great stay. Was super easy to check in and the host was proactive in their communication. The loft was very clean and just as described. The balcony was a nice bonus and the sunrise over the city was incredible.

This is the second time staying I. This building…very nice. Expensive but the location is worth it. We were also traveling with my elderly parent so the easy access and clean, roomy apartment was important to us. There is a Safeway close by, awesome restaurants and you are right off the freeway so super easy to get places. Parking is a challenge but if you pay attention to signs and are busy seeing the sites around town, you’ll be fine.

Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, with local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Amazing views of the neighborhood & downtown from the balcony. Easy access to the highway. I’d recommend parking at the building entrance to unload, then there are several public parking lots close by that have reasonable daily rates if you’re driving. Check in instructions were clear and easy.

I deducted one star due to cleanliness: there were several live ants spotted, presumably due to food crumbs that had been missed during cleaning, and there were signs of mold/mildew in the shower. Overall a nice unit though, I would consider staying again on future trips.

It lived like an apartment which was exactly what we needed for our time there. Great view of the city and a little outdoor patio. Easy to walk to different neighborhoods, restaurants and shops. We didn't find parking to be an issue.

The property is just beautiful. The home is so unique and comfortable, but the real attraction is the location. The view is amazingly breathtaking. We saw elk and deer and we used every outdoor patio/deck that the house has to offer, just so we didn't miss anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Check in and especially check out are so easy! John is a very responsive host.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The main floor with wall to wall windows felt luxurious and low key at the same time, just hanging out with nature.

Very clean, very spacious, very well-equipped (the coffee maker had some issues with the ~fit of the filter, but nothing major). The host was good about communicating and checking in without being overbearing. Great location - close to tons of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, easy to get around without a car.

This is a great spot! The place itself was super clean and great space to chill and hang out during down from running around the city. Super close to the highway making it easy to get around. Host was great and informative on check in and out. Would stay there again for sure!
