Gorgeous inclusive neighborhood and felt incredibly safe staying by myself, yet still close to Anschutz hospital.

Unfortunately John’s listing was inconvenient, issue after issue after our arrival. Parking was a nightmare and ultimately we canceled our reservation a month early due to the dismissive approach to helping us resolve over $900 in frivolous parking fines while staying on the property. We utilize Airbnb for all of our business travel and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had with a host.

This house was perfect for our family of four. Mom and Dad had their own master bedroom and bathroom while each teenager had their own private bedroom and bathroom. Everything is nicely updated with contemporary touches that respect the historic character of the neighborhood. The Highlands area is walkable with several good restaurants and shops, as well as a Sunday farmers market, just three blocks south on 32nd Avenue and another business district at 38th Avenue and Tennyson just about a mile to the north. A neighborhood park and public library are also within walking distance.

Although this house is not along one of Denver’s many rail lines, there is bus service available nearby on major streets, and the I-70 freeway is not far away. We never had trouble with street parking, but it’s good to have the option of using the garage as needed. Know that we’ve discovered the Highland Square neighborhood, we’ll definitely keep this house in mind for future travels to Denver.

Location was awesome, near everything we wanted to do. Unit was lovely, nicely equipped for all our needs. One suggestion for more convenience is providing a garage remote to come and go for parking more easily. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience.

We loved staying here during our trip to Denver! Everything was very clean and we felt right at home inside. Parking is limited to street parking and was difficult for us to find in the evening. The building is not very lit up from the outside which makes It difficult to find at night also. Despite these small things, we loved our stay and would come back again.

Sara’s place was perfect and satisfied all our needs for our Denver visit. The house was clean, cozy and exactly as advertised. The hot tub was just what we needed and the neighborhood was quiet but still accessible to downtown Denver. I would definitely book this property again on a future visit!

We really enjoyed the stay. Clean space, upper end everything, jacuzzi on the deck. It’s super nice. It’s also pretty vanilla I guess…cookie cutter, but nice still. Seriously cool to have heaters in the bathrooms. Love that!!

To be honest everything would probably be 5 stars but at 10:10 am (10 is already a silly checkout time) I was locked out. My code wasn’t valid. Lucky I got everything out (including my dogs/kid) or imagine that drama. What if the door closed and my 3 year old was inside? Not a safe way to operate.

Super pricey pet fee, xtra for one hour early, and code that locked me out….other than that was solid.

Nice, clean place with everything we needed. Target, Zero-Waste Store, and a great breakfast place (Mountain Lyon Cafe) are a short walk away and everything else a short drive away. Nice river view and river sounds.

The home was perfect for 2 couples in Denver for a concert! The 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the space. The home looked just like the photos! It was very quiet. Had everything we needed.
We walked from Union Station and walked to Coors Field. We did not need a car to enjoy our here.
We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Incredibly impressed with our stay at Zuni Lofts. This Airbnb was in the perfect location to get around Denver, especially as we were traveling downtown for a conference. We were able to easily park, find/ride bikes, and walk from this location. Not to mention, the apartment was incredibly spacious for being a 1 bedroom and very well stocked throughout with high quality products (le labo in the bathroom was a bonus treat!) The kitchen had everything you would want to cook with (a full spice rack from savory spice, all of the necessary utensils and pots/pans/tupperware, olive oil, and plenty of dishware to host multiple people), they also gifted a small bag of a special blend of Queen City Roasters coffee to consume during our stay. Laundry on site was a bonus (and they made sure to include detergent packets under the sink!) Check in and check out was easeful, clear, and quick. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Denver!

John’s place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and full kitchen amenities. Easy check-in and out process. Wonderful coffee shop, River and Roads Coffee, half mile from the house and only 2 miles from downtown. Highly recommend!

The loft was spacious and just what we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The cleaning crew didn’t do an overly great job, but with as responsive as the host was, I have no doubt they’ll get this addressed right away.

Wow- this was a truly outstanding stay. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, set in a stunning area. Extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore all that Breckenridge has to offer, while having an amazing home base to return to recharge. We hope to be back again someday!!
