Great location & value!

Our family loved our stay here. We have two young children and this being central to the village made everything so much easier. Lots of fun stuff for all of us really close by in walking distance.

Place was great!

The Zuni loft was perfect for our Denver stay - pristine inside with everything we needed and in a great walking neighborhood.

Really enjoyed the room itself! The bar attached to the motel was a bit pricey, but the staff were incredibly friendly and made it a great experience. Once they finish the construction in the area I think it will be a great spot!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We were in town for my son’s wedding and our stay in Olde Town Arvada was perfect! The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the beautiful mountain backdrop made the setting even more special. We loved being able to walk around the charming neighborhood, which is filled with great restaurants and adorable shops. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the highway, making it simple to get just about anywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place except the road noise. It backs up to the highway so trucks and loud cars were a problem all night.

Sweet spot

Loved it! Easy to feel cozy (and easy to feel like home), feels tucked away and hidden on the lake. Had the best time!

Great place to stay! The host was very responsive, even when i forgot my suit after check out.

Booked this spot because of the proximity to Coors Field and the price. Pleasantly surprised with the hidden gem of our room. Nothing crazy, just a cozy spot for us to relax. Bed was crazy comfortable so waking up and checking out wasn’t what we wanted to do! The room we had was almost buried in the back which made it all the more wonderful. Walk around the house to the back and it was tucked away in the corner. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but it really did exceed any expectations I did have. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We really like the place. The decor was very nice. The layout of the different rooms/courtyards/terraces/balconies was very quaint. Our only concerns were the toilet that wouldn’t flush and the lighting could have been better. Especially the little kitchen nook, very dark. The placement of the fireplace was a little odd in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was a little difficult and it was a bit hard to find. We would stay there again.

This place was amazing! The host was responsive and very helpful and kind. Comfortable bed, lots of cooking spices and utensils. Easy to get to and park. The space was beautiful and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!
