Had a great stay with my family and friends. Great location. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the condo while skiiing at Arapahoe basin. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, even has spices to cook with which was much appreciated. We had an access issue upon arrival quite late at night, but the hosts responded quite promptly. The pool area is outdated unfortunately. But the apartment itself and the host were great, so we will consider coming back if we ski there again.

Wonderful stay

This place was a perfect get away for our ski trip. The place is stocked with everything you could need to cook meals.

The perfect stay, the hot tub outside was such a life saver after long days on the mountain. The entire place was clean and very well organized. The kitchen was well stocked and overall we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

Our party of four absolutely loved our stay! Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos online. The beds were super comfy, showers were hot and relaxing, and the whole home was sparkling clean. Everything we needed was within a short drive and the neighborhood felt safe. So many extra touches within the home made the stay even more pleasurable, like the remote controlled blinds for the skylights. Thanks for a wonderful stay, John and Kimberly!

The is in a great location in LoHi and it couldn’t have been an easier place to stay. The main floor was comfortable and relatively spacious. The upstairs bedrooms were on the small side - fine for one person but some of them would have been tight for a couple. As a bonus the house has some nicely preserved historic details with beautiful woodwork and stained glass.

Awesome view. Great place

I really love this apartment - there’s so much space! By far the biggest apartment I’ve rented in Airbnb. It’s right next to a football stadium and a theme park. Also, a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The parking is a little tight in the garage, but it’s not as bad as the ones I’ve booked before on Airbnb (i.e, having to park 13 floors up a garage in Miami).

Other than that, I highly recommend to book! It’s a great time to visit the Rocky Mountains.

The check in process was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. The condo was fabulous and so close to all the shops and restaurants and easy drive or bus ride to the skiing slopes.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the river, offering a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax while still being conveniently close to ski nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, just as pictured. Unfortunately, the spa heating system was not working during our stay. The hosts were responsive and called a service person, who was able to come the next day, which resulted in a fix for the rest of that day. On the third day, we returned back to the home looking forward to going into the spa after hiking at Joshua Tree only to find it cold again. I left the experience feeling disappointed that we went with this accomodation option for our Mom's getaway weekend. We planned the 3-day trip around lounging outdoors in the spa and pool, but unfortunately were only able to use the spa for half of one day.

Positive:
The property is clean and well maintained. The apartment was spacious and very nice. Excellent location, walking distance from a variety of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is pretty and very safe, the parking is easy to find. Over all a great deal!

We are from Denver and just wanted to feel like we were in the mountains without driving for hours. This was just what we needed. Everything was great. Waiting in the driveway for 6 minutes until 4pm was weird but that’s not a deal breaker. Hosts were great to work with too

John and Kimberly’s condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were clean, and the bedrooms were cozy. The location is perfect, very close to downtown Frisco and to the town rec path.

Great stay for me and my friends for the weekend! Everything was spotless and such a gorgeous place. Location was right by everything we needed including skiing very close by. I would definitely come back!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was beautiful with a private hot tub on the porch. Big kitchen with sharp knives and everything you could ever want. Parking in the garage and keypad entry. Wonderful and responsive hosts!

We loved our stay at John and Kimberly’s place! We were within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. The home is well equipped and includes extras like makeup remover cloths, seasonings for cooking, coffee, extra blankets, etc. being able to park two cars in the attached garage was a huge plus! The home had plenty of room for everyone in our group and the rooftop area was wonderful! Plenty of seating with beautiful views. We would highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit here.
