Effortless Stay Reviews

Great place to stay in Lo Hi. The place was spotless. Quiet area. Easy to find parking. The couch and bed were very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in a walkable area to restaurants and coffee shops! Close to ball arena if you wanted to watch the nuggets or the avalanche play! Easy check in and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Very clean and had plenty of amenities! Would definitely stay again!

We traveled from San Antonio, TX to visit our son who is in school in Co. After a very long drive, delayed by bad weather, this was the perfect sanctuary for our family to relax in. Perfect neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown. Parking was excellent. Beautiful and spacious home. Great option if you are looking for space to stretch out in while having a luxury setting.

Very nice unit. Great location, walk anywhere downtown

The first night we got there we wanted to hang out and watch the Avalanche hockey team play. The only TV was in the dodownstairs living area so we all gathered there. We noticed that the power cord was removed from the back of the TV. I messaged the owner and they said they would look into it. Next day we went to go make coffee and the coffee filter was torn. I messaged again and the owners were quick to fix that problem ah sent us snacks which at least was great. I again asked them about the TV and they again said they are were working on it. Ended up we never got to watch TV but did watch the Avalanche game huddle around our phone. Overall the stay wasn't bad but how can you have only 1 TV in such a large house that doesn't even work?

We had a great time in Boulder. The location was perfect and the unit was as described. We were able to do some snacks at night and walk to a few coffee shops and stores. The location was an easy drive to hiking and shopping. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you John and Kimberly.

Great place, walkable and quiet! Stayed with our kids and grandparents and would definitely come back and stay with friends!

We had a great stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent.

Great spot to go skiing from! The hot tub was amazing for our sore muscles. Place was very clean and accessible. The heated garage was also a nice touch to dry out ski gear in overnight.
Highly recommend staying here for a winter park ski trip.

We had a great stay at this apartment. John & Kimberly were responsive & clear communicators throughout trip. The apartment was spacious and clean. Would recommend !

Nicest house on the block. Great for (water-safe) kids who want to swim all day. Would have liked more outdoor table space for meals and lotion in the bathrooms. Other than that was clean and comfortable.

great place, close to the center of the city!

Beautiful place in a great location. Lovely stay.

Easy communication

Perfect place for our group - loved the outside space. The hot tub was a hit!

Very nice unit! Check in process could have been a little smoother but overall great experience

Pictures don’t do this place justice, beautiful and convenient spot. Hosts checked in regularly and check in and out was one of the easiest I’ve ever encountered.

The Airbnb was pleasant, although we experienced some minor maintenance issues that were resolved promptly. Its location near many restaurants and bars was also convenient.
