The stay was incredible. Their home was lovely and had a great charm due to the age of the home but that has not stopped them from creating a modern, and sophisticated space.

Our first trip to Colorado was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to this incredible Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance from downtown and surrounded by charming restaurants, with easy access to the highways for exploring the area.
The listing was exactly as described—clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. A special highlight of our trip was our engagement, which made our experience even more magical. We will forever cherish the memories we created here.
We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. It's a gem that will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Alex was so helpful when we were struggling getting in and finding the garage when we were getting in late. Alex was a fast communicator. I noticed at night that there were a few homeless people. I loved how there were two king beds and lots of kitchen items that we could use.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in Denver. There was a group of 7 of us and there was ample room for everyone. Very thoughtfully laid out and organized. Really close to a lot of cute coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

This was a great spot for a quick work trip. The location is very walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops. I would stay here again!

The condo was exactly as advertised and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We appreciated parking in the garage and all of the storage for our ski boots and jackets.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Layout was great. We had an excellent stay and I imagine I will come back next time!

Photos are outdated and don't really capture the size of the house. That being said, what you do see inside the house is very good.

Neighborhood is kind of sketchy. We didn't have any trouble or see anything sketchy, but it is across the street from a troubled youth center.

Great location - great place! Just close enough to Denver to get back and forth and close enough to the mountains to explore.

Hosts were incredibly responsive.

Overall the stay was good., The process was easy and the owners were helpful.
The unit was cozy and family friendly.

One request is to put a comfortable King Bed in the master suite and we will come back! The master space can easily accommodate the larger bed. Other than that we were pleased.

We were a group of 3 couples and a 14 month old toddler, and it was perfect for an extended weekend. We loved the fact that it had 3 bathrooms, so each couple/family had their own bathroom. It was very kid friendly - from the playroom in the basement (which you could close the door to the stairs to make it childproof) with tons of toys to the provided travel crib to random kid items (e.g. kid plates). The kitchen had everything you need - including small appliances like an Instant Pot and a toaster.

The neighborhood was great with several coffee places within walking distance and a playground just a couple of houses away. We did notice a fish-like smell outside in the neighborhood at times (we think this is from the nearby pet food factory), so something to keep in mind if you're planning on taking advantage of the outdoor space.

The photos represent the home well - it's a beautiful mix of character and modern amenities (e.g. the kitchen and bathrooms). The home was well-cleaned.

Beautiful condo in a peaceful location backing up to the river. It’s close to everything - bars, restaurants and Target and easily accessible from the highway.
Everything you could possibly need is provided.
The condo was clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were really comfortable and the showers hot. We especially appreciated the kitchen as it was equipped with everything- the spice rack was a nice touch.
There’s a hot tub at the end of the block.
Our hosts were easy to get hold of and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

If you like old historic homes and you want a unique Airbnb experience, this is the house for you. You need to be comfortable with stairs and push button light switches. The kitchen is kind of small and a unique shape but functional. There’s lots of great places to go within walking distance.

This was, without question, the worst check-in experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb.

After a long journey into high altitude, two members of our group were already dealing with severe altitude sickness. Instead of getting into a warm home to rest, we spent nearly an hour outside in -20°C temperatures, locked out due to incorrect keypad codes, outdated photos, and a customer service rep who repeatedly gaslit us and insisted we were at the wrong location. Spoiler: we weren’t.

We were given the wrong code, the main door was offline, and the support rep overlooked notes from his own team. Communication was chaotic, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. We were left cold, exhausted, and doubting ourselves—only to find out later we had been right all along.

Out of a $3,000+ booking, we were refunded only $168.3. Apparently, that’s what this team thinks an hour of freezing panic and complete failure in hospitality is worth. Book at your own risk.

My family and sister's family had a wonderful long weekend at Bootsy's! We loved the location, decor and amenities. It was perfect for the 8 of us and so convenient for going skiing and into town.
