nice clean house with everything needed. lots of deer in yards daily. great host and good acess to town on roadway.

Perfect location during our stay in Denver. Would definitely stay here again. Close to downtown and places to eat.

The apartment was located in a very nice neighborhood with a brewery across the street and many cafes and restaurants nearby. From other reviews we were worry that the parking was going to be hard but that was not the case, we always found parking around the corner with not problem. The apartment was very nice, lots of windows, bright light, a well equipped kitchen, nice decorated and with everything that you could need, including washer and dryer. we had a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful condo! New and luxurious with high end finishes to even include heated floors. Very comfortable and enjoyable experience for time together as a family. Cozy but plenty of space of sleeping area.
The location is ideal for the Summit county amenities. We hit 3 ski resorts within 30 minutes of the location. The covered parking is an added bonus. 5 stars!

Wonderful spring break trip with family. Great apartment right in downtown Steamboat Spring - we love the location (vs. at the mountain base) for it’s restaurants, walkability, proximity to the Yampa River and general “real town, not resort-y” vibe. And the free bus makes getting to the ski mountain (and other local area) very easy.

The apartment itself was great. Plenty large to accommodate the five of us comfortably and very comfortable (had a couple movie nights on the big comfy couch). Everything was very clean and organized, and we took advantage of the washer/dryer several times (helped us pack more efficiently). We all loved the views of both downtown and the mountains out the windows.

John and Kimberly were great. Super responsive and very clear with directions, etc.

This is our second consecutive year staying here and we hope to do it again next year. Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really well laid-out, and the pool table gave us hours of fun without having to go to a dingy bar setting. The nearby Bluffs Park was full of red-wing black birds, a baby eagle(!) and walkable despite being under construction on part of it.

The grocery store was super close with tasty restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

The location was great for getting to the airport, downtown and other areas.

The neighborhood was quiet, and our hosts were responsive. Check out was probably the simplist we have ever experienced, which was definitely a plus!

We would highly recommend and consider it down the line again!

Great location! Very cozy and clean. If you are over 6 feet, dont sleep in the two smaller rooms because you will not fit. Bathrooms are also small for a big fellow. Besides that, it’s a good place to stay. Very close to downtown, museums, Ball Arena, etc.

We had a great time here! It’s in a walkable area with lots of local restaurants nearby. It’s also really close to the main highway so it was easy for us to explore around Colorado. The hosts were very friendly and responded as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Great walkable location. Parking was a SLIGHT inconvenience at first but definitely did not take away from the experience

Love this property. The unit sleeps 6, but you need to share beds. That said, there was more than enough space in the common area. Great folks in the building and great area. We got in an uber once, and that’s because we were running late to a dinner reservation as a result of a delayed flight. Effortless is a great group and looking forward to our return. Thanks!

The place was clean. Bedrooms are really nice. Short drive to downtown. Easy to check-in and out. Very satisfied with the stay.

Very nice place for our family of 7 adults. Cozy and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we need. I like the master bedroom and the work area upstairs. Very nicely used space!
It’s quiet and peaceful. We love looking out on the balcony covered with snow.

John and Kimberly were very responsive to all of the messages that were sent to them through the app. The house was the perfect size for my family of 11. Everyone thought that the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

If you’re traveling to Denver and want to be within walking distance of downtown this location is great. The space is clean spacious, and secure. We found parking on the street with no problem. Great living room space and two good size bedrooms.
We were there for NCAA Basketball Tournament and it close enough to walk to Ball Arena. We’ll definitely be back this summer.

Our group of eight had an amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained the space was. The location is fantastic—just abput an 8-minute drive to Downtown Denver and Union Station.

One of the highlights was the stunning nighttime view of the Downtown Denver skyline from the spacious L-shaped balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the city lights.

Communication with the host was excellent; instructions were clear, and responses were prompt. We only stayed for one night before heading to Breckenridge, but we would absolutely book this place again when visiting Denver.

One small note for future guests: parking is on the street, which wasn't an issue for us, but it’s good to be aware. That said, we found a spot right in front of the entrance with no trouble. Don't let this deter you from renting this beautiful condo.

Truly the perfect stay! Highly recommend this property. A great value for sure!
