We really enjoyed our stay . It was convenient, clean, well stocked with everything you’d need and more. It was walking distance to the bus stop, shops and restaurants. We loved getting to ski down 4 o’clock at the end of the day right to the condo. Our only issue was 1 of 2 heating elements were out on the hot water tank. The first night was rough with ice cold showers. They were responsive and did send a plumber out the next day but he was unable to get it fixed during our visit. The plumber explained we had about a 4th of a tank of hot water to work with so showering for 5 had to be very strategic and very quick. It did make for some laughs after the fact haha however we loved warming up by the fireplace. Overall we’d love to stay here again. They were very responsive, helpful and even made up for the water tank situation which was greatly appreciated. We are new to using Air Bnbs as our family has outgrown hotels and this one set the bar high for cleanliness and convenience.

The perfect spot in the best neighborhood. So much to do around LoHi and everything is within a few blocks. Quick access to downtown, Highlands, Sloan’s Lake, and the interstate.

The place felt like a home away from home. Great patio, comfortable furniture, nice appliances and amenities. Everything was super clean. Never heard another unit the entire time I was there. Even though there is no dedicated parking, I never had an issue finding a spot within a block or two from the front door (I was there during the weekend, and it was hopping) so that’s a huge plus.

If you want somewhere with easy access to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and more, this is your spot. And you’ll feel safe wherever you go!

Quick response time and very detailed info about the unit. Really happy with the stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the apartment feel in the best (my personal favorite) neighborhood in Denver.

Great stay! Perfect for a little stay-cation with my husband, his best man who came in from out of town and my 4 month old daughter. The boys went to the Avalanche game and were close to the arena, bars and restaurants. The condo was super clean and comfortable and we loved staying there!

Close to all the sport venues and very convenient to the downtown mall and restaurants. Garage parking a plus too. Would recommend and book again. Thanks

Perfect location in Steamboat! Beautiful view of the slopes and gondolas. Convienant location to town. Great property with plenty of space and a nice living room for everyone to hang out in. Sauna and hot tub both were in great working condition. Communication with mgmt was quick and easy.Would definelty stay here again! Beds are soft and nice and there are plenty of dishes and silverware.

Loved the place and the price was great. The yard and outdoor space was amazing. However, the carpet was old and needed to be replaced and I did not want to take my socks off. There also was a few packages that kept getting delivered throughout our stay, and it took away from the privacy of our stay. This was a little out of the way but easy to get around being just off main roads. Overall it was a nice home in a great quite neighborhood, with some amazing outdoor living. Easy to get to everything in 10 ro 20 minutes but quite area of town.

Beautiful apartment for our family’s stay in Denver. Gorgeous city view. We were able to get street parking pretty easily. We walked to get ice cream. Good coffee shop right across the street. Would return here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Urban Retreat. It was a good space for 4, we stayed for a week. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed parking the car in the garage. The apartment was quiet and clean, had enough provisions for easy meals. Thank you! We may be back!

John and Kimberly’s place was perfect for our week of spring skiing. Even better than the photos, comfortable, clean, everything we needed for a great week in steamboat. The location could not have been better. So easy to get to the slopes and all the great restaurants and shops right outside our door. Even though it was downtown we didn’t have any problem with noise. Thank you again for hosting us. We can’t wait to return. 🎿 ⛷️

Great place, have stayed at this location multiple times and never have been disappointed. Everything you need to be comfortable. Easy access to everything downtown.

John and Kimberly's condo in Silverthorne, CO was the perfect place for our Spring Break trip to Summit County for our son's senior Spring Break trip. It was very well appointed and equipped with all we needed and more. It was very cozy and warm during the snow storms while having an open concept making it spacious and comfortable. Their space had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently located to all of our mountain activities, shopping and great restaurants. We had an amazing time in a beautiful place.

Beautiful and well stocked with all the kitchen accessories we needed! Perfect for a ski weekend with the dog. Will definitely book here again next year.
