Effortless Stay Reviews

Great deal! Big house with tons of space.
Hosts responded to any questions quickly.

Beautiful space & very walkable area! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! Lots of space and I like the layout. Good space for groups in the living area but also privacy on each floor. Sauna and hot tub were great, too

Great location. Very comfortable place for a great weekend.

one of the best places i’ve stayed, well kept, and incredibly comfy, 10 out of 10

Second time in Denver and Alex’s place was great for my stay. It was exactly as described and very cozy especially for the days it snowed. The beds are comfortable which made the stay that much better. I would stay here again.

Loved being close to the park!

2nd time we stayed there in the last year. Place is great. Awesome location. Host has always been great. Thx and see ya next time.

John and Kimberly’s place was fantastic. The location was great with a lot of great restaurant within walking distance. The aquarium and meow wolf are a short drive away and RMNP is about 90 minutes.

The house was super clean and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. We were very comfortable and had a great time.

very good location and super clean apartment! would recommend

Great place to stay if you’re skiing at WP! Condo was a little difficult to find but worth it. Private hot tub was great after a day of skiing!

Overall we had a good time at this property. There was an issue with the pool not being cleaned before we arrived and they worked to find a solution for us. Some of the appliances in the kitchen were broken but it was otherwise well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms were large and there were plenty of them.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Great location. Went for a concert and a hockey game. We were close to everything.
Only thing to consider is parking, we lucked out and found parking right by the front door!

The location was amazing and the host was very responsive. When my fiancé and I arrived, housekeeping had not come through from the previous guests. This wasn’t the host’s fault and they did help with the inconvenience. The views from the top floor were breathtaking and made for a very great couple’s getaway. The restaurant connected to the building (TastyPot) did their soft opening during our stay, highly recommended giving it a try when you stay here!

Great place. Would book again.

Beautiful home! Would definitely stay there again! Perfect in every way!

Great stay! Lots of stairs but no issues for our group. Checked in early for an additional $30. Appreciate having a separate bathroom per room. Thanks!

Place was clean and furnished well. Great views with lots of windows and two outdoor patios. One negative is that it was always very hot in the condo even though I didn’t have the heat on at all.

Positive:
Very comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed.

Negative:
Fireplace wasn’t working while we were there and didn’t get fixed.
Hosts provided some nice, locally roasted coffee, but would have been nice if there was enough for our full stay.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Winter Park Resort. The amenities were exactly as described. Although the dryer wasn't working during our stay (which the hosts had informed us about), it wasn't a problem since we didn't need to use it.

The hosts were responsive and even provided some helpful rental recommendations.
