The home was perfect for our stay. It was just as pictured and in a convenient location. Very modern and clean. I plan to book here for any future trips to Colorado!

Great place to stay! The loft was very comfortable with plenty of space with lots of dining places to walk to. The rooftop was nice to get some sun and just relax. Use of the garage made it so easy if you did need to drive and you always had a parking spot to come home to.

The airbnb is in a great location walking distance from so many great restaurants and arms distance from downtown. The internet was fast so I had no issues with work. This airbnb was very clean and super easy to get into . I always found street parking so it hit all the main things I needed. I highly recommend this airbnb and would definitely stay here next time I visit Denver !

Location is fantastic. Really close to the Sloan Lake.

Negative:
The shower tap is broken but fixable. The whole apartment is slightly older or more worn than I expected. But given the value, it is understandable.

Great location, it was easy to get anywhere in the city. We had one small issue with an appliance and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. Alex was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We will definitely stay here again. Great location, easy highway access. Plenty of space and great kitchen. When we had a small issue with the kitchen faucet they were very responsive to our request for help. Can’t wait to come back!

Great property, and great communication!

This was our first trip to Denver and I’m so glad that we decided to stay here. The house was beautiful. Walkable to several restaurants nearby as well as a sprouts for groceries. There was plenty of street parking so there was never a time when we couldn’t find someplace to park. The only thing we had to get used to was the master bedroom being upstairs and there was only 1 bathroom downstairs, so we got a lot of exercise going up and down the stairs. Hosts were so kind and friendly; I would definitely love to come back here

We definitely want to stay here again, great house, clean and walking distance to great neighborhood.

John and Kimberly's house is extremely spacious and comfortable. It was a great jumping off point for our stay in Denver. It was so well located that we felt we were just a few minutes from everything. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. There were a lot of thoughtful and special touches and decor that made the place feel intimate and cozy. The house itself was also beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

Very cool place to stay. As a person who really enjoys staying in the old house like this, very enjoyable to me. Wish I had more time to stay longer.

My stay was part of a group of 8 people visiting Denver for a conference, and though we were busy and coming and going throughout our stay, it was a comfortable, clean, and convenient place for us throughout our trip. Plenty of restaurants are nearby within walking distance and the location is not far from public transportation options to explore the rest of the city. Finding nearby parking was a bit of an issue, but not unexpected in such a location.
Still, we had a great time and an enjoyable stay!

The condo was beautiful and modern. It’s surrounded by coffee spots and other businesses. I would recommend!

This was a very nice spot: spacious, lots of sunlight and a good shower with plenty of hot water. The location is near fun restaurants and lovely, walkable Sloan's lake. When we had a few maintenance problems (non-functioning lock, clogged drain, etc.), Alex was quick to respond and send help.
The beds, however, were very low, probably due to the lack of box springs? Folks with knee issues should consider this.
Park on the street, unless you have a small car.
Use the provided white noise machine and perhaps ear plugs to reduce the sound of the upstairs neighbors.

convenient covered parking that helped with the new snow that fell. close to our front door. ground level is nice when carrying luggage etc versus carrying it up stairs. The place was great. the fireplace was nice. Beds were comfortable, nice linens and pillows. well equipped kitchen with nice amenities and supplies. john and Kimberly so responsive. really great! easy drive to mountains. we went to Vail and Avon which is an easy drive.
beach towels for the hot tub was very nice. plenty of towels provided in the bathrooms!

Great stay!

Stayed with 2 couples, 2 toddlers, and 1 dog. It was cozy for that number but still enough space since we got out a lot during our stay. Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Private hot tub is great. We did have some trouble with the dryer and garage door, but John and Kimberly were quick to respond.

This place is in the perfect location for downtown Denver. Extremely walkable to everything. All of the surroundings are well. Nothing around the area is unkempt. Extremely safe!
As far as the condo. Simply amazing. Everything is in top notch conditions, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are amazingly comfortable.
The host are always available and easy to communicate with by phone. Check in as a simple as accessing your key fobs at the front desk when you arrive. It is always staffed.
I will definitely be staying here at all future visits to downtown Denver and have already passed the contact to three friends that had stopped by to say hi

The place was great. Good location, has all the basic amenities and it’s close to several restaurants.
