Great home and location!

What a great place! I wish we could have stayed longer! House and kitchen were very well stocked. There are so many places to explore in walking distance and having a garage is super convenient. As for the house - pictures do not do it justice! There’s plenty of light and space and it is decorated beautifully. Would definitely recommend and I hope to stay again.

we celebrated 3 April birthdays in this one trip and all families had a blast. John and Kimberly were very attentive and quick to respond. The house was great and located near restaurants and supermarket making it so convenient. the pool was refreshing and bbq area was clean and cozy making our family April birthday trip a success. Thank you!!

The apartment was as described although a little tired!

The apartment was bright and sunny and very convenient.The area was perfect with an easy walk to down town.

Had an amazing stay at Zuni Lofts in LoHi. The space was beautifully designed, full of natural light, and felt like a perfect blend of comfort and style. Loved being able to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and the Sunday farmer’s market. Really appreciated the eco-conscious touches and the connection to local businesses—those discount codes came in handy! A perfect home base for a healthy, productive stay in Denver.

Alex’s place was really nice. Loved being so close to Sloan lake and walking the trail everyday. I did not have any issues with the noise upstairs. There was someone up there one night, but the noise wasn’t abnormal or disruptive. I recommend staying here!

The unit was comfortable and clean, great for a couple days stay (or longer). We didn’t fully utilize the space, but would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at John and Kimberly's place. They were very friendly and it was a convenient location for visiting the zoo, museums and local playgrounds for our kids.

Really easy process, just as described, super clean!

John and Kimberly’s place was very comfortable and it was perfect for our family of six visiting Denver for a wedding. The house was clean very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed very well appointed. I would recommend John and Kimberly’s house.

Great stay! The street was a bit loud but overall it was a great place.

Very beautiful and big home. The area was very calm and relaxing & the river made it better. I definitely would do another getaway in their home:)

Garage space is tight for an SUV. Luckily our 7 seater was short enough.

Hot tub is a 3 seater.

Other than that, it was a great location and
the host was very responsive.
