Effortless Stay Reviews

This is a lovely apartment in a great area of town. Parking was our biggest concern, but was really not a problem. We never had to park more than a block or two away. Our only complaint was we wished the hot water would have been a little warmer and we didn’t have control over the thermostat. Besides those minor things, it was great! Everything was as advertised, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful clean loft with great amenities.

Nice place. Will return.

Beautiful home, great host & stay! Maybe if bathrooms had locks it would be perfect for a big group

This place was even more beautiful in person! Cozy, spacious and impeccably decorated. Very convenient to gondola & town. We’ll come back!

This is a gorgeous place with tons of windows & amazing light. The bedrooms were nicely blacked out, beds were comfortable, showers were upscale. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5. Be careful when cooking or even blow drying your hair— the building has a VERY sensitive fire alarm system!😬😳 we loved Denver & walked everywhere including Coors Field & Ball Arena. The building staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. We would stay here if we ever come back into town.

Tucker and the kids had a blast! Great location, welcoming home, and easy communication with owners!

Always responsive and helpful!

The house was so charming and it was perfect for our large group to spread out and relax during our time in Denver.

Great place. Nice outside decks with mountain views. We would definitely stay here again.

Top of the mountain! Great views. Looked just liked the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen. Internet worked well for work ( that was important) as it was listed at 15 mbps.
Very well set up for little kids which was a plus, we had our own stuff but the high chair options were great.
Highly recommend.

This was a lovely condo with everything we needed from extra sleeping space, clean bathrooms, spotless kitchen complete with spices, tea kettle and very modern appliances. It was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and everything worked! The location was perfect, right in the downtown, accessible to local shops and restaurants, just lovely. This was one of our longer stays in Arvada, and it worked out perfectly. John and Kimberly were very accessible, kind hosts. We would stay again in the future. Thank you John and Kimberly!

Great location and house! We enjoyed our stay!

House was located in a great area that was quiet and peaceful. Many great amenities and was located near many shopping centers providing easy access. Pool wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. Granted, it was located near a tree, but it was an easy clean. House was very clean and spacious with a very large backyard that provided a great fun space to hangout. John and Kimberly were easy to reach whenever we needed assistance and were very kind and understanding. Would recommend booking with them if you're looking to stay in Indio. Slight confusion with the heating arrangements for the pool/hot tub, but was cleared up quickly.

I’d give this gorgeous home 6 stars if I could. This home is by far the best AirBNb I’ve ever stayed in, at any price point.

Incredible homey touches, thoughtful attention to detail, beautiful home and location. I’d never stay anywhere else in Denver and can’t recommend it enough!

Great place to stay, close to lots of great restaurants and very walkable.

The place was spacious and exactly as listed. Nice bathrooms. Good location. The unit had everything you could need. Only challenge was parking. We often had to circle the block 3-4 times and there isn’t a close pay lot really either so you just have to keep circling. We could find a spot eventually but it might be a block or two away. The space is clearly run by a company not an individual home owner but they were still very quick to respond and were helpful when we had questions. Would recommend!

Good stay, helpful staff

Very nice spot! Walked in and it just felt clean, organized, and safe. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo! One of only a few large rentals fully handicapped/wheelchair accessible in the area.
