Great place excellent location and incredibly responsive host

Everything went smoothly and the place is as advertised.

Definitely a awesome place

We had a wonderful stay at John and Kimberly's Silverthorne condo! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a full day of skiing! The large sectional couch had a spot for all four of us to curl up and enjoy the fireplace while taking in the amazing views. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes, spices, and cleaning supplies and we enjoyed our evening meals gathered around the dining room table. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the layout of the condo was warm and inviting! John and Kimberly reached out numerous times to make sure things were going well, and were very responsive with any questions I had both before and during our visit. We will definitely rent again when we make our way back to Silverthorne! If you are looking for a place to stay in the area---stop scrolling and book with them! 10/10 would recommend!

Todo bien , lo único que no nos gustó fue que durante nuestra estancia fueron dos veces al departamento, una vez avisaron que iban a recoger unas cosas de una puerta dañada y la otra vez sin avisar fueron a medir 3 hombres a las 7 de la noche unas cosas de la misma puerta , la verdad no nos pareció adecuado

Out hosts answered our questions promptly and were flexible in allowing us to stay another night due to a hospital stay by one of our members. They were very accommodating. Place is beautiful and very convenient.

The stay was nice. Reasonably priced and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, cups, etc. I was a little surprised that the bunk beds were in the hallway, but that is on me for not paying close enough attention to the add.

Loved my stay here. The apartment was incredible clean and by far the most thought through place I had stayed. I find rentals can often be missing the “basics”, but this apartment had everything I needed to cook and feel at home for the week.

The washer and dryer was perfect and having pods provided was appreciated.

The location was quiet and felt incredibly safe. Street parking was fine although a parking space would have been preferred.

I would have liked to have clothes hangers to be able to feel more at home for the week, but that was a small missing piece.

Overall, amazing stay and I’d love to come back one day.

This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious, loved the kitchen island and open space. The living room had great views. The bedrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The bathrooms had beautiful mirrors with great lighting and spacious shower. I absolutely loved the brand of the hand washing soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel haha. Now I’m looking online to purchase them lol. The host was very informative and always available for any assistance. I will definitely stay at this place again in the future! Thank you! Highly recommend this place.

Loved my time at this place and the location, ease of check in and communication upfront was wonderful. Very clean, big areas, would stay again.

A few small things that did affect my stay.

1. The codes to the building change at the end of the month so if you're staying at the end/beginning of the month, be aware as I was locked out of the building for 6 hours without a response and fix from the manager here. This was a challenge.

2. There's no flexibility on a late checkout which I found to be restrictive.

3. The apartment is next to the freeway so if you're extremely sensitive to noise, something to consider.

Overall, amazing experience!

Place is nice though a little walk from the shuttle. Trip was significantly impacted due to losing access to our car for a day. As requested we filled the docusign document on arrival. They did not send it to the parking company. On day 2 when we came to take the car to Beaver Creek we found it clamped. We called the host number and were sent to a call center outside the US (the lady Grace said she was unable to call back if we got discontinued as she was outside the US). She also said she had no documents that should have been sent through docusign and when we sent her a pdf she said she was unable to open it. After a 30-minute call she said she would take care of the issue and revert in 5 minutes. After she did not call in an hour we called back and were sent to another call center person who said Grace left for the day. At least this lady took care of the issue and in another 1 1/2 the clamps were removed. No apologies at all from the hosts for losing 1/2 day of a short vacation

Really nice, hassle free, stay in a spacious and well-kept condo. The unit has easy access to downtown, and is the great LoHi neighbourhood with a lot of nice restaurants and hip little spots within walking distance. Great coffee across the street and really nice pizza one block further at Tonys. Would recommend to anyone visiting Denver with a group.

This was the perfect space for a night’s stay before skiing in Copper! The place was clean and homey, and the river in the back made for a pretty view. Truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the responsive hosts. Will book again!

The location was perfect; it was awesome to walk to the gondola and zip right over to the downtown. The views were magical; like a winter wonderland. The decor was amazing. Loved the story of Bootsey, and how the family weaved personal family accessories with current decor was on point. The home manuals and how they told their story was spectacular. The only downside was the management company - they gave us wrong codes for the door & garage and it took about 20 minutes talking with someone overseas to actually get in the home. The next day, we left our 15 yo at the house alone and a man in an unmarked white van opened the garage door. The man said he was with maintenance and asked if anyone was home with a drivers license who could move the car. First, we weren't notified that someone would be coming. Second, he shouldn't have accessed the home without knocking. Other than that, we were surprised that 2 Xmas trees were still in the house and the primary bath was quite dark.

This place was fantastic! The location was extremely convenient, and the space was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out processes were very easy and seamless. The host maintained excellent communication throughout my stay. The surrounding area offered great amenities and attractions. The rooftop access was definitely a nice bonus feature that enhanced my experience. Would highly recommend to other travelers!
