Beautiful condo, very clean and great location. Very responsive and helpful hosts before & throughout the stay. Close enough to walk to both the ski lifts & all locations in town. Nice balconies to relax on and inside of home was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again/recommend to others.

John & Kimberly’s place was an ideal stay for our family to visit Winter Park. We’d love to come again. The view from the hot tub at sunset was a treat!

Everything was nice then a few unfortunate things occurred. The bedroom TV never worked and the living room TV volume wouldn’t change. I thought I lost my lip balm so I felt between the couch cushions and I didn’t find it, but I did find several vape cartridges and a vape pen in between the cushions. A bit disturbing. When I messaged with a photo it seemed to be an AI generated response just saying thank you for letting them know. There was a strange odor too, seemingly from plumbing. I know it’s nothing dire, it just takes a lot of saving up to take a trip and disappointing to have an odd experience.

Decent location with lots of walkable options. Street parking is what dropped the rating by a star but was manageable however we had a few extra bags to haul in so that made things more difficult. HVAC went out on us before we arrived so it was a bit warm but we were able to cool things down with the cool weather, windows and very small fans. All things said it was clean with plenty of space and was homey for the night we stayed.

For being close to where I needed to be this was the perfect location. Nice area, shopping nearby and easy access to the freeway.

Keep in mind the garage is perfect for a small car or mid sized SUV (I had a Tesla Y) but it is very tight to get into. Parking on the street is available but fills up prior to 7 pm.

Everything you need is in the apartment and came in handy as we did a bit of grocery shopping to last us our stay.

If you aren't into creaky floors this place may get you peeved but I didn't mind and made our stay even more fun.

Overall great place! I'd recommend for sure!

Quick trip to Boulder to visit our daughter who attends the University. We come to Boulder several times each year and have stayed in many Vrbo properties. This place was very quiet and clean. The kitchen is small but mighty. Has everything you need to cook a proper meal. I highly recommend this place.

We skiied 4 different mountains, in four days. A great central location that was fantastic to return to! Highlights: hot tub, game area, well functioning kitchen. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful location everything is within walking distance. Have to park on the streets but there’s enough parking space. 10/10 recommend.

Great location right by the lake. Several yummy restaurants that are easily walkable. Only downside is it’s not super kid friendly. The stairs are steep up to the second floor, and the parking spot is a detached garage. Our suburban didn’t fit in the garage, so we used street parking which was fine. Lots of extra towels and bedding which was helpful.

This is a very large place, especially the living area. Nice kitchen. With plenty of room
