Great spot with a hot tub! I have stayed in a couple of the condos in the surrounding area and this one was definitely the nicest. The hot tub was lovely!

Negative:
While this property was clean and the host initially seemed very accommodating, it didn’t continue on this way. The first 2 days the showers were lukewarm. I assumed this could possibly be due to the hot water demand in the complex. The next day the shower was completely cold. After reaching out to the host, I discovered the water heater in our unit was switched off. The host appeared “surprised” by this and didn’t feel the need to apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the host was also unwilling to negotiate any credit due to this inconvenience and went on to accuse me of threatening him by asking for a fair credit. Sometimes an apology and a fair negotiation can go a long way. As a host, this person should understand this and frankly, doesn’t deserve the business.

I was very impressed with the apartment I stayed in! It was in a great location right outside downtown Denver. The apartment had everything that I needed and had a well stocked kitchen with the needed utensils and appliances. The apartment is exactly like the photos! The area is not too loud and is right by some really great places to eat. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m visiting Denver. Thank you!

Playground in the backyard was a big seller since we had lots of young kids who were with us, but the structure was nothing like the pictures. The slide was completely gone and that hole was boarded up, a swing was detached and on the ground, and there wasn’t a trapeze like the picture showed either. Similarly, the gym in the basement was nothing like the picture. There were also some small maintenance issues like lightbulbs out and a broken towel rack which I reported as soon as we entered the house. Property managers were slow to respond and left confusing messages when we were trying to coordinate where vehicles should go to prepare for the owner to come plow the driveway the next morning. The owner was extremely nice and friendly. Other than that it was a beautiful place and great exploration in the woods/hills behind the house.

Overall not bad. We had a good time but we couldn't use hot tube because it was full and dirty because of rain or wind. The house is big enough for 15-16 people.

The home is beautiful! it's got great decorations and large bedrooms. The hot tub and game room just makes it even better! We stayed here for a family trip and it worked out great.

We booked this place last minute after a different property had plumbing issues and we are so glad we did! The place was spotless, with plenty of space for our group. It was easy to find street parking and close to downtown. My only critique is that it has strict check in time rules - the door code gets activated right at 4pm unless you pay extra for early check in.

We stayed at John and Kimberly's condo for a ski weekend with friends. our kids loved the bunk room downstairs and both the main bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The living space was warm and inviting. It was a lovely spot for the weekend! We would rent it again!

This was a great stay, and the hosts were fantastic. Communication and checkin was seamless. The place was spotless, welcoming, and spacious. From the hot is a beautiful view of the mountains. Would stay again.
