Incredible place to stay!!!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Breckenridge had some great positives but also a few frustrating downsides. The location is fantastic—right at the base of 4 O’clock run and just a short walk to town. Within the complex, the unit is conveniently located near the door to the path leading to the shuttle stop. It was also quiet and very clean, and any issues we reported were handled quickly.

However, there were several inconveniences. The carpet made dealing with snow a hassle, so we ended up removing boots in the hall and storing them in the bathtub. The upstairs shower handle leaked cold water onto our legs while showering, which was unpleasant. The kitchen was lacking in basic cookware and utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals.

The biggest frustration was the washing machine. The hot and cold water lines were switched, which we didn’t realize until after washing two loads—resulting in multiple shrunken Smartwool baselayers, a hoodie turned crop top, and my teenage son's socks now

We loved John and Kimberly's condo! It was perfectly situated. Close to a grocery store and restaurants but still felt like you were out in nature with great scenery. The space was clean, well decorated, great amenities...the hot tub after a full day of sledding and skiing was amazing. We'd definitely stay here again!

Positive:
The condo was a perfect size for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with plus a spice rack. There’s a free bus stop located right outside to conveniently take you to the snowflake lift or you can walk across the street and take the bus to the gondola. We were very happy with our stay.

Easy check-in and check-out, and the hot tub was great

There was only one small inconvenience but we managed to work it through. Very communicative and great place overall . We were only there for a short time for a family funeral , having the pool available made everything better for our family.

This was a good stay! A few minor issues but the hosts were always responsive. I would stay here again! Just an FYI because I don’t think the listing is clear, one bedroom is in a garage area and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are inside of bedrooms. This wasn’t an issue for our group but could be an issue depending on the dynamics of the group staying here.

Great place to stay.

Location is awesome. Love that there is a garage space, especially when I was there. Lovely accommodation. Would have liked some documents describing things like TV operations, heat and microwave settings. Had issues with the microwave, and after contacting the ‘owner’ was given a complex way to correct. Previous stays at a VRBO resulted in the owner offering in-person support.

This is a very nice place to stay, only 15 minutes drive from two major ski resorts. The room is clean, comfortable.

My family of 5 had a great stay here! It was clean, a convenient location (skiing, restaurants), and there was a Target across the street if we needed something. The hosts were also very proactive and helpful if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and serene apartment overlooking a small creek with trees. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment is new and tastly decorated, large bathrooms (specially the master suit), and a working fire place. Furniture was also comfortable and the kitchen is large and fully equipped. The sofa bed mattress is thin (although we didn’t use it). The location was easy to find and the main parking spot is under a covering right by the front door so that the car doesn’t get covered in snow and it was super easy to load and unload ski equipment. Some good restaurants in the area as well as coffee shops and other stores. There is a walking/hiking trail in the back following the creek towards the mountain that we didn’t take since it was snowing too much but it looked beautiful. John and Kimberly were always available when needed and responded to questions. We really enjoyed this AirBN. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Kimberly's home. Extremely clean and very comfortable, loved the theater room, and there is a huge deck that looks like it would be really fun on warmer days. The only small issue we had was initially receiving the wrong code for the door lock, but they were extremely responsive, and it was quickly remedied.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our event at Ball Arena! This building has always been a great place for us to stay for this event, and this particular apartment worked out great for sleeping our group. The place is decorated great, was super clean, and the host was very responsive and always helpful! We look forward to staying here again next year and for other events!
