We loved this location! My group of friends and I flew from all over the country to surprise our friend for his birthday. The location was great because it was close by to everything that we wanted to do. There are also lots of coffee shops and good places to eat nearby! The taco truck across the street is amazing!!

Aside from the location, the place was great and the host was very responsive. The only down side was that we had a noise complaint on our first day at 7:10 pm. We were listening to music on the TV and catching up with our friends who landed after us. As a group who frequently travels in large numbers (group of 12), we are always courteous of our neighbors. This made us hyper aware of our noise level and made us feel like we were walking on eggshells for the rest of the trip. Therefore, we spent lots of time out and about but it encouraged us to explore the city! Other than this, the place was enjoyable and the host was pleasant.

Great location perfect for a couple. Space is small but very intentional with all your needs. Feels like a homey hotel. Nice and clean. Love the access to the rooftop the views were awesome. Bed was nice and comfy after a long day. Nice table to sit and eat. Honestly it checked off all the boxes. If I had to find a con I’d say the couch isn’t super comfortable if planning to use it as a sleep sofa ( we didn’t ) but if you were looking at the coach as an alternative sleep option it’s a pretty hard couch.

One of the best Air Bnb we stayed in. It was perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The air bnb was super clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a plus. The host was very responsive and always communicated from the time we booked until we left. We didn’t have any issues at all.

Good location about 10 min away from Breckenridge. Quick in response to our questions.

Great home base for a Keystone holiday. Awesome location on the shuttle to Keystone which was key for us. Kids also loved skating right outside our door. Would recommend for a family or couple.

This was the perfect condo for our stay in Steamboat. It was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. The location in town is unbeatable!

Took a few of my girls on a short two day ski trip and John and Kimberly’s place was perfect! Less than a ten minute drive to steamboat ski resort, right in the middle of downtown which made shopping and dining walkable and magical! Didn’t hurt any that steamboat happens to be one of our favorite resorts anywhere, nor did the three feet of powder disappoint! We had a slight issue finding the correct building, which was completely my fault and the host was quick to respond, in the middle of the night no less to help me correct my mistake! Would love to stay again next trip we take to steamboat!

Super convenient location for everything in Silverthorne and surrounding ski areas. We really enjoyed the awesome setting with the creek flowing through the back yard. Very comfortable stay for my family!
