The house was very clean and overall the hosts were easy to communicate with. However, the hot tub and pool never heated up even though we paid the extra fee to heat them. They refunded us for part of the fee, but it was still really annoying. Also, some of the mattresses were uncomfortable and the walls were very thin, which can be tough for a big group.

This was my second time booking this Airbnb. As before, it was a great experience. I love the location of the Airbnb, how well-equipped it is, the privacy and quiet. I appreciated how responsive and proactive the hosts were in their communication.

Had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. Home had lots of space! No issues during our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It is the perfect location and space for a family trip. The house was nicely sized for our family of 7 and the neighborhood was lovely.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and spacious for a party of four (although we were only two). One has to be aware of the fact, that on the first floor is only the living room and the kitchen, on the second floor are the two bedrooms and up on the roof the jacuzzi. So it’s not recommended for somebody who can’t walk the stairs. One other fact, one has to be aware of: you are looking directly into the living rooms and bedrooms of your neighbours and vice versa. So privacy is an issue unless you draw the curtains, which is not what you want to do during daytime. Anyway: all in all a recommendable place to stay, when you want to go skiing in Keystone or Breckenridge or the other places nearby. And one more thing: A nice Steakhouse and an excellent Italian restaurant are within walking distance (100 meter and 400 meter).

A very beautiful and unique home for our conference stay! An easy 15-20 minute walk to the Colorado Convention Center with plenty to do nearby. Neighbors can get loud, but overall not extremely disruptive. Simple to request early check-in on day of arrival. Overall, would recommend.

Location was amazing. Short walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants near by. Will definitely book here again next time I’m in town.

Beautiful home and location! Quiet and secluded with easy access to downtown Breck and the ski slopes. The hosts were super responsive. Just be sure you have AWD in the winter because it requires driving on some switchbacks to get there.

Great location - walking distance to a bunch of cute coffee shops and wonderful restaurants! The space was clean and spacious making it a perfect spot to stay for a couple days.

The space was clean and had nice amenities. I loved how close it was to everything you need. Everyone had a great trip and it was nice to have a good spot for 9 guys to be able to relax.

The location and view are great. Separately we will let them know what can be done to improve. But, what a spot and close to the bus line too.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Great hot tub!
