Effortless Stay Reviews

Beautiful home, room 8 is more than a room, great space for privacy or in laws quarters! Highly recommend this home.

Clean and comfy place. Nice kitchen and great view of downtown. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice loft. Great view from the fifth floor. The bed is very comfy. They had extra towels, which is nice. The coffee included was good. There were a couple outlets around the kitchen island that didn’t work.
The nest thermostat seemed to be locked so we couldn’t change the temperature. It would be nice to be able to change the temperature some

Super happy with our stay at this Airbnb. Top floor views of gorgeous downtown Denver. Parking was surprisingly easy for street parking, never had an issue finding a space right in front of the building. Bed was super cozy. Very functional apartment to spend time at in Denver. The apartment was a corner and was situated away from the others on the floor which was great. TV had options to connect to streaming services. Great stay for my vacation, would definitely stay again in the future because of the incredible price for what you get. Thanks!

We loved staying here and had a great weekend! Thank you!

Alex was great to work with. The place was clean and great location. Once neighbors arrived, you could hear every foot step and it was very noisy. Also, garage very small. We rented a medium SUV and it was a tight squeeze. Also the neighbors parked their large SUV across from the garage and it was hard to get the car in or out without hitting the SUV so we ended up parking on the street.

Stayed here while visiting my daugther at DU. Loved the different levels, large kitchen and living space. Master bed was amazing.

Great stay for a ski trip just a few minutes walk from Frisco Main Street. Hike was clean and just like the pictures. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful home at the base of Winter Park Resort. Thanks for hosting us!

It was great place to stay. I recommend it. The surroundings were beautiful and close to Breck.

This was actually such an amazing stay; the Airbnb was beautiful, the neighborhood was safe, heated garage, hot tub, everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks John and Kimberly 🫶

Great spot in a great location

John and Kimberly were very responsive and gave a great restaurant recommendation. The home looked better than the photos. They did not ask too much from us as guests. The garage was a definite plus as it kept our car protected. The location was very close to downtown and the neighborhood was lovely.

This spot was great! Safe location, had everything we needed!

Wonderful stay in the fox 🦊🌹 will do it again in future… thank you ashley & steves

I wouldn’t book anywhere else! Three families with little kids came down from the mountains for the weekend, and this home was perfect for us! The downstairs family room with toddler and baby friendly toys was an absolute hit for our 1-5 year old crew. The main areas fit our group comfortably, and the bedrooms provided ample private areas with comfortable bedding. The home as a whole is well decorated and has beautiful finishes throughout, the photos not really doing it justice. Having stayed in many Airbnb’s across Denver, this home has easily become my favorite.

The home was beautiful, just as described in the listing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The hosts were friendly and anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and were very helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay.

we had a great time and the house was really well-appointed. The hot tub was a big plus for us and was really clean and easy to use. the house was very comfortable!

Amazing place I recommend for a large group. Jacuzzi was amazing and the beds were very comfortable.
