Effortless Stay Reviews

AMAZINGGGG!!

Property location was fantastic. Just across the river from Howlesen Hill, with a perfect view of all the activities on that “hill, including tubing and night skiing. You are a short walk from everywhere in town, and only a 10 minute drive to Steamboat Springs Ski village. The unit itself was of the highest quality, with top notch construction (solid wood doors), functional layout, and high end furnishings. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be back. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and stylish. There were plenty of areas to hang out and enough space to accommodate our big group comfortably. The beds were super comfy and we all slept well. The outdoor space was the best part. There were plenty of shaded areas to hang out. We loved sitting out on the loungers and soaking up the Palm Springs vibes. We had a great time bbqing, chilling in the pool and hot tub and playing pool. Definitely a gem.

Was a great stay and the hosts had everything in the house perfect for a vacation!

Great place to stay... good location... nice house...

Great place to stay for large group. Plenty of space and backyard space. Definitely recommend!

John & Kimberly were amazing host. The home was everything. I visited Denver for my birthday to do snow activities. Even tho we did get out, I really didn’t want to that’s how wonderful the home was. Very clean awesome space very nice.

Great modern space in a great location!

We loved our time at Zuni Loft's! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and had incredible views! There were several DELICIOUS restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. The check in and out process was quick and easy and we immediately felt comfortable and at home!

Great experience staying here. Location was absolutely perfect and centrally located around tons of restaurants and retail stores. Will book again.

very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great. Awesome location and nice finishes. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for skiing at Winter Park…just a short drive to the Mary Jane parking lot. There was lots of space (too much, really) for just my friend and I who were in the area solely to ski. There were nice touches, from the furnishings to the bedding, sheets and towels. We loved our stay!

Such a great place. Would stay here again!

Great apartment close to everything. Was there for a concert at Ball arena. Had some trouble with the WiFi and they helped us quickly. Clean and very well appointed and maintained. Would love to see a full length mirror of makeup mirror added!

Very clean unit, nice natural light with a view of downtown and directly across the street from a good brewery. Parking on the street can be a bit tricky, but it's a nice place and good for the price. I'd stay here again.

Place is well located and very clean ! Loved our stay
