The place overall was clean and sterile. The location was fine. Walking distance to several restaurants but still found myself wanting an uber at times. There could’ve been several things offered in the place that would’ve made a nice touch. A full length mirror for one would’ve been cool. The small bathroom mirror is the only option so having multiple people getting ready at once is tough. As a light sleeper, I found the a/c to be extremely loud. It kept me up most of the night. At first I thought it was bass from music but nope - it never stopped. Parking was not the most convenient. Having some water bottles in the fridge and some basic snacks would’ve been nice as well. I know some places do not offer that but for the price, I felt the place should’ve offered a bit more.

Loved this little room as a solo traveler! Check in was easy and seamless, and I appreciated the free parking both on site and on the side street. Denver is not the most walkable city, but there were a few shops and good restaurants within a block or two of the motel. Loved the patio space! Considering this room in the future for an upcoming concert in the city

What a fun relaxing place to start our Colorado getaway!
The Cabin - mini homes are well thought out and beautifully designed.
Having the hot tub and saunas were a plus but the real winner was having the sounds of the river and views!!

Solid stay! Hosts were great and location is prime. Shop underneath isn’t too loud and sushi restaurant off the patio is not a factor either. Great views. Hosts were very responsive when communicated with about a slight inconvenience. Great stay and would come back!

Spacious, Fully Loaded, Great Location

Positive:
Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath. Fully stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed from soap to towels to big dining table to eat and play games. Directions were easy to get into the place with the door code and check out was smooth.

Negative:
The only negative was that the group staying in the place above us were noisy well into the night/early morning.

Cool place, sytlish, great bar, great cafes around the area, but there's still some "Colfax edge".

Positive:
I dig Colfax. It's definitely in transition, but that's exciting! The construction is a tiny nuisance but there was NO CONSTRUCTION NOISE during either of our stays.

Negative:
No much.

Great location to explore Denver and the surrounding areas. Apartment is very nice and had ample sleeping for our party of 6. Beds are comfortable and having a washer and dryer made packing for our trip home much easier.

Very nice centrally located planned around our hometown Redsox playing the Rockies. Caught one game, visited Red Rocks Lookout Mountain, and Coors Brewery. My only complaint make the reserved parking spot more obvious in communication prior to check in. First time in garage had no idea what we were looking for. Otherwise very nice.

The property was clean and functional and as advertised. There was a small hitch entering the unit as the door code didn’t activate the lock but a call to the property manager promptly solved the issue.
